Alas, behind the CGI, it’s slightly less magical as she cuddles with a bulky piece of set.
Nevertheless, with her iconic blonde locks and cheeky smile, Emilia can make us believe just about anything.
‘Me and my baby (dragon) (Drogon) just very excited for you all to see #season8gameofthrones which if I’m not mistaken begins….now,’ she wrote, adding some incredibly relatable hashtags: ‘#gulp #enjoy #forthethrone #forthelasttime #buckleupkids.’
Meanwhile Lena, who plays ice queen Cersei Lannister, threw it back to her ‘Shame’ days, sharing a goofy photo with Septa Unella actress Hannah Waddingham.
The star also proved how well she rocked the ‘walk of shame prep’, showing off her bald look.
‘Walk of shame prep… WAHHEEEYY Back when,’ she captioned the cheeky snap.
Noting that she looked ‘dead’ in the photo, one fan commented: ‘DOES THIS MEAN THAT SANSA IS GONNA DIE’ – all caps and everything.
At this point, anything could happen.

A masked magician left Britain’s Got Talent dumbfounded after testing the connection between Ant and Dec, and now viewers reckon they’ve figured out who’s beneath the mask.
The latest episode saw an unnamed magician perform a trick using the two hosts, which involved numerous tests to see if they have the ‘ultimate connection’.
It ended on a triumphant note as they both scribbled ‘1989’ on a board after being asked to draw something at random, which is also the year they first came together.
With the magician’s identity kept secret under the moniker ‘X’, it’s left many wondering who the mystery person could be. Viewers, however, reckon it’s a contestant we’ve already seen this series.
Elizabeth is dressed pretty similarly too (Picture: ITV)
Last week, a contestant called Elizabeth freaked out judge Amanda Holden with a body-swap trick, and many now believe she’s the person behind Ant and Dec’s trick too after leaving on a particularly ambiguous note.
So could the same act have been sent through to the next stage twice? Viewers reckon so.
But what if it’s the king of them all?
He’s probably got more on his plate, to be honest.
Britain’s Got Talent also saw Susan Boyle return to mark the tenth anniversary since her first audition, who particularly inspired new act Gonzo.
Britain’s Got Talent continues on Saturday ITV at 8pm.
The Game Of Thrones season eight premiere has leaked online, hours before the show was set to return.
Subscribers of streaming service DirecTV received a notification the season eight premiere had been uploaded onto the service four hours before its official return at 9pm in the US and 2am in the UK.
As reported by Business Insider, fans were able to click the notification and stream the entire episode, with fans quick to warn others of spoilers lurking on the web.

Considering HBO have managed to avoid leaks until now, unlike the many, many leaks during season seven, it’s likely particularly irritating for HBO a streaming service has seemingly hit the button too early.
DirecTV is a streaming service in the US which offers HBO programmes at a premium rate.
Metro.co.uk has reached out to HBO and DirecTV for comment.
Game Of Thrones officially kicks off on Sunday April 14 on Sky Atlantic at 2am in the UK.
Watching the first episode of Killing Eve last year, I remember laughing myself silly (Images: BBC)
Watching the first episode of Killing Eve last year, I remember laughing myself silly.
Having worked in MI5 as an intelligence officer for six years, the show is utterly implausible and unrelentingly unrealistic.
Hot female assassins living in chic Parisian flats and wearing designer dresses are not generally prowling around Europe in any great numbers. Sorry.
Eve is also a little too scatty and emotional to really reflect the reality of working as an intelligence officer.
The role is challenging and can be upsetting if an operation goes wrong and people die – intelligence officers are merely human and generally trying to do a good job.
Even when you complete a successful operation, only the tip of the iceberg will ever appear in the news, which can be quite dislocating personally. But whatever the outcome, you do have to keep your cool.
I fell into MI5 by accident in the 1990s – I had actually wanted to be a diplomat. But then I received a mysterious letter from the Ministry of Defence saying that ‘there may be other jobs you would find more interesting’.
With no further information I called the number provided and started a 10 month recruitment process. While initially reluctant, I eventually felt that this was important work that could potentially save lives. It’s a trait that perhaps Eve and I have in common.
These days the technology might have changed but the role remains the same: you are employed to run operations that require not just the co-ordination of specialised teams within MI5 but often external organisations as well.
One of my posts was looking into terrorist logistics, which meant that I was co-ordinating with outside agencies across the UK and Europe.
It would have been possible for Eve to move around the organisation. Occasionally, you might get posted to a section that recruited and ran agents in the field, or perhaps for a while to a more hands-on operational role.
If unlucky, you might spend two years posted to finance.
When I was recruited in the 1990s it was still forbidden to be homosexual (to use the terminology of the day) nor were those from ethnic minorities usually employed. Even if they were it would be as support staff.
It was similar in terms of gender equality: when I joined senior women officers were few and far between. Carolyn Martens (Fiona Shaw) would have been a rarity.
Although I was lucky enough to serve under two female Director Generals, it is also worth noting that they were the first generation of female employees who had to fight for the right to join the officer class.
I remember some of my older female support staff had to resign when they married, only to be allowed back in when the rules changed in the 1980s, so in Killing Eve it is interesting to see this new gender diversity represented.
The growing attraction between Eve and Villanelle is not as unlikely as you might think.
Villanelle is a caricature psychopath, but no more than any other fictionalised spies or villains (Photo: BBC America)
Strong friendships and romantic relationships are quite common within the service – indeed, provided there is nothing covert, they are tacitly approved of.
You work very intensively with each other and at least if you are dating a fellow officer it makes the pillow talk easier. You don’t have to worry about the Official Secrets Act!
I’ve certainly heard of Special Branch police officer fraternising with targets, too. As we have seen over the last nine years with the evolving undercover cop scandal, some police officers certainly slept with their targets.
No doubt they justified this as building their cover story.
So I would say that some of the themes in Killing Eve refract a certain version of the reality of intelligence work – although vastly amplified.
I think it was interesting that Eve had the get up and go to move from a back room role into an intelligence officer role.
Many have joked over the years that intelligence work is like piecing together a jigsaw, but without the picture on the box – this is precisely the process Eve goes through as she develops into her role.
And, of course, once an operation goes live you really do have to hit the ground running.
Similarly just as with James Bond’s fabled licence to kill – which does actually exist in diluted form under the 1994 Intelligence Services Act (Section 7, if you are interested) – the concept of intelligence agencies of any country using assassins is not utterly unknown.
There is a dishonourable roll call of such activities over the decades: dirty tricks in Northern Ireland; Israel’s Mossad eliminating scientists in Iran over the last decade; the Skripal case last year; the CIA in pretty much most of Latin America and the Middle East.
That is, frankly, just realpolitik and despite the efforts of many whistleblowers and various political scandals over the years, the spooks will continue to operate in the shadows.
Most democracies have oversight and accountability measures to try and maintain a semblance of order, but these are notoriously difficult to apply to secret organisations.
Of course Villanelle is a caricature psychopath, but no more than any other fictionalised spies or villains you see on TV.
And who is complaining? By the end of episode one of the first series I was hooked because, whatever flights of fancy it indulges in, Killing Eve is a cracking good drama with lashings of glamour and mordant humour.
It might not be the MI5 I recognise but I for one am looking forward to the second series.
Ed Sheeran’s cameo went down in flames – just like his character (Picture: HBO)
After watching Game Of Thrones’s first episode of season eight last night, there was one question on everyone’s minds…where was Ed Sheeran?
Well…OK that might have been a bit of a lie. It’s pretty safe to say that the singer’s one-off cameo did not go down too well with viewers – but don’t worry, the show’s fixed it.
They’ve killed him off in a pretty brutal fashion, as is the Westeros Way.
You’ll be forgiven if you didn’t spot it in last night’s episode among the sex, violence and family reunions, but three ladies enjoying some intimate time with Bronn (Jerome Flynn) dropped a quick mention to let you know ‘that boy Eddie’ was a goner.
Speaking about the loss of Lannister men in a brothel back in last year’s dragon attack, it was revealed ‘that boy Eddie had his face burned clean off’.
Now why would you give a dead man without a character a name at this stage in the game unless it meant something?
RIP, That Boy Eddie (Picture: HBO)
What a way to go though!
Despite the cull, it’s pretty certain that crooner Ed would’ve been OK with it – considering he wanted to die on-screen instead of the unceremonious disappearing after larking about in some woods with Arya in season seven.
She said: ‘It was fun being in Game of Thrones, but I definitely think they should’ve killed me off in the episode. I reckon that probably would’ve been the redemption for people that didn’t like it.
‘No one wants to see me come back. I wanted to be a cameo in it, and I’ve done the cameo. I’m cool with it, though. I enjoyed it.’
Now the show is finally back on our screens, we will finally discover which fan theories had their fingers on the pulse about what to expect – and who was way off the mark.
Though some of our favourite characters were missing from the action, it’s fair to say the team are going all out to make sure the series goes out with a bang.
Game Of Thrones continues Sunday on HBO and Sky Atlantic, and is available to watch on NOW TV.

Jon Snow learned the truth about his parentage in Game of Thrones season eight premiere (Picture: HBO)
**Warning, contains major spoilers for Game of Thrones season 8 episode 1.**
Jon Snow (Kit Harington) finally learned the truth about his parentage in Game of Thrones season eight premiere on Sunday night.
Samwell Tarly (John Bradley) revealed the news that the bastard’s parents are in fact Rhaegar Targaryen (Wilf Scolding) and Lyanna Stark (Aisling Franciosi), meaning that he’s the rightful heir to the Iron Throne and that he’s related to his lover Daenerys (Emilia Clarke).
Speaking out about the huge revelation, Kit said his character would rather not know and would be happily living in ignorance.
Game of Thrones season 8 wasted no time in causing trouble for Jon Snow and Daenerys (Picture: HBO)
Kit believes Jon’s reaction is ‘not hard to predict,’ adding to Entertainment Weekly that ‘he doesn’t do many unexpected things.’
He continued: ‘You mark the particularly tricky scenes that you’re going have to concentrate on and this was one. He finds out such a massive piece of information.
‘Not only does he find out who his mother is but also that he’s related to the person he’s in love with.
‘It’s hard for any actor to play. It’s not a two-hour movie but eight seasons of playing a character who’s finding out.’
Although he discovered some pretty life-changing news, Jon finally got to reunite with his siblings Arya (Maisie Willaims), Sansa (Sophie Turner) and Bran (Isaac Hempstead Wright).
In one touching scenes, Arya gave Jon a warm hug under Winterfell’s weirwood tree, with Jon earnestly telling her: ‘I’m your family too.’
Game Of Thrones continues on HBO and Sky Atlantic next Sunday. Seasons one to seven are available to stream on NOW TV.

BBC One’s sitcom Not Going Out is still going strong.
The popular show first launched in 2006 and has been a favourite with viewers for over a decade. Although it was initially cancelled by the BBC in 2009, the network decided to reverse its decision after viewers called for it to return.
Not Going Out has nine seasons under its belt, with a tenth on the way, so there’s plenty to catch up on if you’ve not yet seen it. Throughout the years, lead character Lee (played by Lee Mack) has developed from an unemployed 30-something couch potato to becoming a dad of three – but just keeps on getting in trouble.
What will happen in series 10 and who is in this year’s cast? Warning: spoilers ahead.
When is Not Going Out series 10 back on TV?
Catch the first episode tonight on BBC One at 9pm.
Episode one will kick off with a flying start – quite literally – as Toby (Hugh Dennis) organises a parachute jump to raise money for the hospital’s children’s ward.
The whole family decides to take part, including Lee, Lucy, Anna and the grandparents, meaning we’ll have quite a few returning characters.
Who is in Not Going Out season 10 cast?
First is of course Lancashire-born stand-up comedian and actor Lee Mack, who is also the writer of the show and like his TV persona, has three children. He appeared in multiple TV shows such as Would I Lie To You?, Sky One’s Duck Quacks Don’t Echo and They Think It’s All Over.
Additionally, Lee was also a contestant in the Great Celebrity Bake Off last year, as well as the guest host of Never Mind The Buzzcocks. In 2019, he appeared as Stuart in the TV movie Detached.
(Picture: Pete Dadds/BBC/Avalon)
His co-star Sally Bretton, who plays Lucy, is also a TV regular and recently took on the role of Sarah in the mini-series Thanks For The Memories, as well as plays the role of Martha Lloyd in Death In Paradise (one she has held since 2015) and has also held small roles in the Green Wing and the Office. Sally has scored roles on the big screen too, and starred alongside Danny Dyer in the 2007 movie Outlaw and Lady Chiltern in An Ideal Husband, out last year.
Abigail Cruttenden will reprise her role as Anna, and has featured in Citizen Khan, another sitcom, as well as Benidorm. She is also known for her portrayal of Isobel Hawking in The Theory of Everything.
Bobby Ball is back as Frank, and is one half of the comedy duo Cannon and Ball, who last year were on the ITV series Last Laugh In Vegas. He has appeared in a string of TV shows, such as Mount Pleasant, Heartbeat, Plaza Patrol and the TV movie The Security Men.
Also returning to the screen is Hugh Dennis, who holds the role of Toby. He had his big break in The Mary Whitehouse Experience alongside comedy partner Steve Punt, and has appeared on TV comedy show for decades. Most recently, he played the bank manager in Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s hit show, Flea Bag.
Others include Deborah Grant, who plays Lucy’s mother Wendy, and Geoffrey Whitehead, who plays her father. Meanwhile, the parachute instructor role has gone to TV and movie actor Richard Lambeth.
Stop what you’re doing because there’s a Friends musical on the way (Picture: Warner)
As a Friends reunion still remains up in the air, we’ve been gifted a UK musical based on the sitcom to tide us over in the meantime.
Celebrating the show’s 25th anniversary, Friendsical, written by Miranda Larson, opens at the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham in July and is a parody based on our favourite characters Joey, Rachel, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe and Ross.
The production will travel the nation, visiting cities including Newcastle, Blackpool, Southampton and Croydon, and will kick off just like the pilot.
‘When Ross’ wife leaves him for another woman,’ teases the synopsis, ‘he fears he will never find love again.
The parody show will tour the country in the summer (Picture: Warner)
‘But then Rachel runs back into his life… will he end up with his one true love?’
Joey and the gang take on naked Thursdays, a power cut, and a dinosaur convention and there’ll be original songs such as ‘(He’s her) Lobster!’, ‘Richard’s Moustache’ and ‘You’re Over Me? When Were You Under Me?’
The production will go cross country, visiting cities including Newcastle, Blackpool, Southampton and Croydon, as well as having a full run at the Edinburgh Festival in August.
The full casting and creatives for Friendsical will be announced in due course.
Friends is available to stream on Netflix.

Game of Thrones season 8 is now underway as characters continue to plot and fight for their spot on the Iron Throne.
Cersei is currently the reigning Queen of Westeros but she has enemies coming for from every direction, providing they can fight off the Night King and his army.
Opinions of who will be the final person to sit on the throne has changed many times throughout the series, especially as more characters get killed off.
Daenerys had been an early favourite to rule Westeros at the end of the final season, but her odds have gradually dropped and many of the Starks are now among the favourites to claim the throne.
Here are the latest odds for who will be the ruler in the finale of Game of Thrones.
Who is the favourite to be on the Iron Throne?
Bran Stark is currently the unlikely favourite to take the Iron Throne at the end of Game of Thrones.
The all-seeing warg has become a powerful figure in Westeros thanks to his knowledge of both the past and present, and many fans seem to think its enough for him to become the ruler.
He is followed in the betting by his sister Sansa, who has proven to be an experienced schemer and politician, picking up various tricks from Petyr Baelish.
Jon Snow is then not too far behind after discovering that he is actually Aegon Targaryen, the rightful heir to the throne.
The current odds suggest that many fans think that Daenerys is unlikely to claim the throne, despite her being on of the most obvious choices in earlier seasons.
This likely links up with her being among the favourites to die at some point during season 8 with current odds of 2/9.
Cersei’s pregnancy has been in doubt since the start (Picture: HBO)
Game Of Thrones’ Cersei Lannister is fast running out of reliable alliances – and not even announcing she was pregnant with brother Jaime’s baby convinced him to stand by her.
So with season eight now in full swing, and her ability to still knock back a glass or five of wine better than anyone ever, we’ve got to ask – is she even actually pregnant?
Despite supposedly being with child, she’s been playing pretty fast and loose with the welfare of her potential future baby, sleeping with Euron Greyjoy and even getting when he was talking about ‘putting a prince in her belly’.
…And then she took a massive swig of wine.
Was she crying because she knew there was one already there? Or because she never had one there in the first place?
Maybe, she was thinking if Euron could impregnate her, she could pass it off as Jaime’s – fan theorists, go wild, because this juicy is she/isn’t she has some serious layers.
How far will she go to maintain her place on the throne? (Picture: HBO)
Fans have been questioning the legitimacy of the pregnancy for a while now – pretty much from the moment it came out of Cersei’s mouth – but promotional photos have given nothing away, especially when it came to her bump.
According to the scripts of season seven, the pregnancy was, at least to begin with, legit, as the instructions read: ‘She nods, it’s true. [. . .] Her happiness is contagious. They get another chance at family. This time with no one standing in their way.’
‘Tyrion sees what he sees and knows what it means,’ the script continues. ‘He can hardly believe it, but knows it to be true.
‘She stays silent for too long, long enough to tell him that he’s right. And once she knows he knows, she can think of nothing else to say.’
What has happened to Cersei’s baby? (Picture: HBO)
But since when has something like a pesky script stopped things being flipped on its head and keeping us guessing?
At the end of season seven, Cersei broke to her brothers Jaime and Tyrion that she was expecting a new baby – which she relished in considering all her other children have been killed in her quest for power.
But it was pretty clear at that point that the character needed some kind of leverage over her brothers, calling on their family loyalty in order to remain safe and use their expertise to help maintain her position on the throne.
A baby should’ve done the trick on that, so the fact that it didn’t means that Cersei is now very likely going to have to rear a child without a man in her life – if there even was one to begin with.
In fact, season seven ended with her threatening death on Jaime for walking away from her – and season eight saw him arrive in Winterfell as his journey towards redemption continued.
So what’s a woman to do now?
Game Of Thrones continues Sunday on HBO and Sky Atlantic. And is available to watch on NOW TV.

It also ended with one of the most gruesome deaths on the series to date courtesy of the Night King (played by Vladimir Furdik).
The audience were reintroduced the young Ned Umber (Harry Grasby) who was sent back to the Last Hearth to retrieve more horses for the upcoming battles.
All seemed fine until the end of the episode when Tormund (Kristofer Hivju), Beric Dondarrion (Richard Dormer) and Dolorous Edd (Ben Crompton) found the 10-year-old impaled to a wall.
His lifeless body was surrounded by amputated limbs in a familiar pattern we’ve come to recognise as a symbol of the Night King.
Ned Umber became the first casualty in Game of Thrones season 8 (Picture: HBO)
In one of the show’s best horror moments, the unfortunately named Ned reanimates as a wight, blue eyes glowing, and begins screeching and clawing at the horrified Beric who sets the child on fire with his flaming sword.
The child bursts into flames and so do the severed limbs that surround him, the spiral shape even more pronounced and a definite herald of more horror to come from the White Walkers.
The White Walkers have used spirals throughout Game Of Thrones’ history but in season six we learn they were created by the Children of the Forest.
But the spiral has reminded fans of another prominent symbol from Game of Thrones – the sigil of House Targaryen.
The three-headed dragon is arranged in a similar pattern, leading fans to think it somehow means the Night King and Daenerys (Emilia Clarke) are connected.
Could there be a Night King Targaryen connection? (Picture: HBO/Twitter)
We hope Dany doesn’t turn into a White Walker (Picture: HBO/Twitter)
The Night King does have a dragon of his very own, after all.
Co-showrunner Davod Benioff spoke about the spirals before on Game of Thrones: Inside the Episode, saying: ‘They’re ancient symbols of the Children of the Forest used in their rituals, and the Children of the Forest created the White Walkers.’
Game of Thrones season 8 airs tonight on Sky Atlantic and NOW TV at 9pm.

Sian Clifford has the Fleabag sculpture (Picture: BBC)
Fleabag’s Sian Clifford has revealed that she took Godmother’s infamous gold statue from the set of the BBC Three comedy.
The actress, who played Phoebe Waller-Bridge’s titular character’s big sister Claire, confessed that the iconic sculpture now sits in her home on a bookshelf.
‘I might happen to have a statue on my shelf,’ Sian confessed to Metro.co.uk. ‘I’ve got one of those. I’ve got the sculpture.’
The artwork pretty much had an arc of its own, originally being snatched from Godmother (Olivia Colman) by Fleabag, then being passed on to Martin (Brett Gelman) to give to Claire, being given back to Fleabag and then awarded to Belinda (Kristen Scott Thomas) in the second series, before being returned to Godmother.
Fleabag originally stole the sculpture which was passed from character to character (Picture: Getty)
Revealing just where the iconic artwork is positioned in her house, Sian added: ‘It’s on a bookshelf. She’s in pride of place and she looks really really fit.’
In the show’s finale it was revealed that Godmother had based the statue on Claire and Fleabag’s late-mother, leading to Fleabag taking it back.
Sian insisted on having the prop after the show was wrapped, explaining: ‘There’s more than one. That was my coveted thing that they gave me as a wrap present. It’s lovely.’
Following the end of the highly-acclaimed comedy we delved deep to find out just where the cast are heading next as they head on to tackle new projects.
Fleabag series 1 and 2 are available to stream on BBC iPlayer.

Doctor Foster actor Suranne Jones is set to play a Victorian lesbian who ‘loved sex’ in a new historical drama.
Well, this sounds right up our street.
The 40-year-old actress will take on the role of land owner Anne Lister in BBC One’s Gentleman Jack – created by the woman behind Happy Valley, Sally Wainwright – and has said the character ‘loved women and she loved sex’.
At the time, though, Anne had to be “very careful” with her affairs to avoid being targeted.
‘Talking to our advisor, the pool of women that she could choose from is quite small cause you have to be very careful who you’re talking to,’ explained the actor.
What a snazzy suit(Picture: BBC)
‘The women she had affairs or dalliances or fell in love with, often they went on to marry men for love or to keep up appearances or for money.’
It wasn’t all fun and games on set either. Suranne – who is known for her roles in Doctor Foster and Karen McDonald in Coronation Street – suffered from ‘welts’ on her skin after having acted in a corset for long periods of time during the shoot.
She added: ‘I started to get welts cause underneath all that costume there’s the corset and then we built on top. I had so many clothes on and the summer was very hot.’
Gentleman Jack tells the story of Anne, who returns to Shibden Hall in West Yorkshire after a period of travel, study and social climbing. Once back home, she engages in a quest to transform her house and business interests, as well as to find herself a wife.
Suranne has been celebrated for her role as Doctor Gemma Foster (Picture: Getty Images)
And Suranne says the work of women like Anne has still not been finished.
Speaking to The Sun’s Bizarre TV column, she said: ‘Even in 2019, women have to behave in a certain way, to a point, to get what they want. We’re getting there and we’re having this great conversation at this time. But I think when people see her [Anne] in a certain light, it’s because she had to behave that way.’

A former vegan who believes the diet made him sick has revealed that he drank his own urine in last minute attempts to not go back to meat-eating.
Tim Shieff, who made a name for himself online as a vegan influencer, eventually returned to eating meat and is now even considering hunting his own animals.
Originally turning vegan after watching a documentary on the slaughter of animals in the industry, Tim said that he dove into the new lifestyle ‘feet first’.
He even previously appeared on Ninja Warrior in order to prove you can maintain your strength on a vegan diet.
However, he found himself suffering health issues, including chronic fatigue, depression and said: ‘My whole body felt like it was shutting down.’
Desperately clinging on to maintaining being vegan, he said: ‘I was going through real extreme ways to try and manage it within the vegan diet and it wasn’t until I sort’ve broke free from that that I was able to [get better].’
Tim Sheiff attempted to fix his ailments with yoga and drinking his own wee (Picture: ITV)
Host John Barrowman then revealed his methods did not include seeking professional help to aid his health problems, and instead he drank his own urine, took B12 supplements and did yoga.
When asked why, Tim responded: ‘I’m in the avant-garde realm of healing, and I want to find simple natural solutions.
‘I just don’t mind being the guy on the edge doing alternative things. I see everyone else trying all the other stuff, and that’s not working either.’
Tim spoke on This Morning about his return to a meat-eating diet (Picture: ITV)
Rochelle then affirmed that there was no confirmed medical evidence to support Tim’s methods, to which Tim responded: ‘Who decides? I researched stuff, some people say it works, I’m OK to try the simple stuff that could work for every human.’
Returning to the topic of him abandoning the vegan diet, Tim ensured he had no regrets – and immediately felt the benefits upon his return to eating meat after six years.
‘I have to speak my truth. Veganism, it helped me in the beginning, but I’ve tried so many things to make it work, and I was so shocked when the last thing I thought would work – to consume animal products – worked,’ he added.
‘My depression lifted, joints feeling a lot better, energy back in my body.’
Tim is currently continuing to vlog and has now decided that hunting animals would be the next natural step in his mission for ‘health and wellbeing’.
He added: ‘If I’m going to consume an animal, I feel it is my duty as a human to face that, embrace it myself and feel whatever emotions come up, and then that will make me, at least consume, more consciously.’
This Morning continues weekdays from 10.30am on ITV1.

The Game of Thrones season eight premiere is a massive worldwide spectacle and a huge part of the cultural zeitgeist right now.
And as with any huge television event comes the requisite memes, and fans have wasted no time in coming up with some gems on Twitter.
The best of the bunch relate to the final scene with Jaime (played by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) arriving at Winterfell and being confronted with Bran (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) and his steely stare.
Jon (Kit Harington) and Daenerys’ (Emilia Clarke) kissy time being interrupted by Drogon also made for some hilarious memes, as did Dany’s encounter with Samwell (John Bradley).

So Game Of Thrones has been given the Love Island treatment thanks to Kem Cetinay and honestly, it might be exactly what a newbie needs to get up to date on the world of Westeros.
The star donned his best Jon Snow-inspired attire for an appearance on This Morning, and while talking showbiz, couldn’t help but talk about the new season of the fantasy epic returning to telly last night.
In case you had never seen the show before (like host Rochelle Humes, tut tut) Kem gave a brief rundown on just what the hell is going on, as if it was the latest episode of Love Island.
Honestly, apart from the death and the incest, you could barely tell the difference.
He declared: ‘So there’s a blonde bird with dragons, and she’s cracking on with this northern geezer – and that’s me, I’m the northern geezer.
‘But he might be about to pie her off because she’s actually his aunty – so it’s all getting a bit weird here. Then they want to steal the throne off this other bird, but she’s necking on with her own brother.’
Wonder how Jon and Dany would fare in the villa? (Picture: HBO)
He then ‘They need to leave it all behind them, because Phillip Schofield is the Night King and he’s gonna kill all of them.’
Looking mighty confused after the catch-up, Rochelle declared: ‘It all sounds very Jeremy Kyle!’
You don’t even know the half of it!

Ahead of the hotly-anticipated show’s return, it was reported that an alarming number of Brits were planning to pull a sickie for the premiere, with those most invested in what’s happening in Westeros living in Yorkshire, Wales and the South East.
Over a billion people watched the season eight premiere (Picture: HBO)Memes have been coming in thick and fast since the premiere, with the cream of the crop poking fun at Jaime Lannister (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) arriving at Winterfell only to be greeted by Bran Stark’s (Isaac Hempstead-Wright) steely stare.
Viewers finally discovered what happened to Ed Sheeran too, learning that he’d been killed off in a brutal fashion.
All our favourite remaining characters are fighting for their spot on the infamous Iron Throne, with the latest odds pitting all-seeing warg Bran Stark as the favourite.
Sansa (Sophie Turner) is right behind her brother, with Jon Snow (Kit Harington) ranking in third place.

Sorry Ross, but you have not aged well (Picture: CBS)
Ross Gellar was supposed to be the intellectual of the Friends group but let’s be honest – he was easily the worst.
There’s a reason he had three divorces, and how Rachel managed to look past his flaws and still end up with him in the end is absolutely beyond us.
So, to cement our point further, here’s just a few times that Dr Ross Gellar needed to chill out and was seriously problematic, just in case there was any confusion.
Ross was not pleased his son liked a doll and not an action figure (Picture: CBS)
Refusing to let Ben play with Barbies
You can always count on Ross for that little twinge of toxic masculinity in a lot of the things he does, and his pure fury at Ben playing with Barbie and not a GI Joe was the perfect example of this.
As Susan and Carol drop Ben off, Ross freaks out that the couple are having an influence on Ben, and despite them explaining he picked it out himself and that Ben considers it a security blanket, Ross goes out of his way to enforce a GI Joe doll on him instead.
Way to embrace your kids wants and needs there, dude.
Thank God for Monica who pulled him down a peg or two by reminding him of his love of dressing up as a woman called ‘Bea’ as a kid – complete with her own theme song.
His insane jealousy over Mark
Ross is not good when in the presence of an alpha male type – and even less so when Rachel was around one.
The eternally insecure character literally fumed at the idea of Rachel dating him but spending time with someone like Mark, despite Rachel’s constant reassurances that nothing was going on.
Sending over a ridiculous amount of presents in order to mark his territory around her, even Mark noticed it and called it out and told Rachel: ‘Someone really wants you to know you have a boyfriend.’
Toxic as hell and just plain mean at times, his jealousy causes a fight between him and Rachel that eventually ends their relationship.
The irony is guess who immediately goes out and sleeps with someone else in the fallout? (Hint: It wasn’t Rachel).
Orchestrating Rachel’s job to keep her in New York
When Rachel gets offered the job of a lifetime to progress her fashion career in Paris, she would’ve been a fool not to take it.
But then in swoops Ross, who, in order to stop her going, does everything in his power to get her a job in New York.
(She was also taking their child, Emma, with her, but that doesn’t seem to bother him as much. Weird.)
Never once considering what it was she wanted, Ross didn’t want her to go, and so Ross was going to make sure that he did all he could to sabotage a thriving career in a new city.
Getting freaked out by the idea of a male nanny
Ross is a smart guy but my God, he just could not get his head around the idea of a male nanny and ultimately it made him look the worst he’s ever looked – and that’s saying something.
Trying to find a new nanny for Emma, Ross asked Sandy (played by Freddie Prinze Jr) a host of inappropriate questions, including quizzing him on his sexuality.
Then, despite Sandy’s good connection with Rachel, his qualifications and his friendly nature, Ross initially refused to have him work for them ‘because he’s a guy’.
He later mocked the helper’s cookies for not being ‘manly enough’ or ‘butch’ and claimed he was ‘too sensitive’ for crying.
So, in one fell swoop you can tick off, misogyny, homophobia and toxic masculinity. Seriously Ross, you OK hun?
(Turned out no he wasn’t, because he had a good cry having a chat with Sandy.)
We can all agree Ross hitting on his cousin was just plain weird (Picture: CBS)
Hitting on his cousin
OK, your cousin Cassie (played by Denise Richards) is beautiful and stuff but SHE’S. YOUR. COUSIN.
Not only were Ross’s actions toward her a little predatory, having her move into his apartment after Chandler and Joey started getting weird, they were bordering on the incestuous.
He was also the only one to actually make a move on her, which again, all kinds of gross and just, ugh, let’s move on from this already because we’ve got the creeps.
Sleeping with the copy girl after going on a break
Out of everything Ross did – this is the thing that stayed with him throughout the rest of his time on the series.
Going on a break with Rachel after one too many arguments, Ross does the normal thing of trying to down his sorrows in a bar.
Less than an hour later, he was bringing a girl back to his apartment and having sex with her. AN HOUR.
Ross continued to maintain his actions as guilt-free, saying his now iconic ‘we were on a break’ tagline, and the world was split over whose side to take.
Either way, it was still a bit of a douche move to do it that quickly.
Emily and Ross’s marriage should never have happened (Picture: CBS)
Saying the wrong name at the alter on his wedding day
As viewers we always knew where Ross’s heart truly lied, and so getting engaged and then jetting off to London, Baby! Seemed odd at the best of times.
However, after Rachel flies over to stop the wedding, only to back out after seeing how happy he appeared, Ross puts his foot firmly in it by saying her name at the alter come wedding day, and not Emily.
Emily continued to go through with the wedding despite the mishap, and then whacks him in the crotch and storms off the second the ceremony was over.
Despite one last attempt to make the marriage work, he refused to let go of Rachel in his life, and so she took him to the cleaners through the divorce court.
He would have saved everyone a lot of time/effort/heartache/money if he was just honest to begin with. Rachel should’ve also taken note to be honest, because she could’ve done with the tips with what happens a few years later…
Ross and Rachel’s Vegas wedding was destined for disaster (Picture: CBS)
When he lied to Rachel about getting an annulment
Waking up in Vegas married to your on/off girlfriend/friend is never the most ideal situation in the world – but Ross manages to take ‘inappropriate’ to a whole new level.
After discovering that they’re married, Rachel and Ross decide to annul their drunken mistake, and thanks to Ross’s expertise in ending these kind of things, the main crux of the paperwork was left up to him to fix.
Except, Ross doesn’t do the paperwork…he just tells Rachel he did, thus unwillingly locking her in a marriage that she didn’t want to be a part of. He even kind of brags about it to Phoebe as if it’s a massive prank on her.
Thankfully it didn’t take her long to find out the truth, though how she managed to speak to him again after that kind of betrayal is literally mind-boggling.
The manipulation levels though are staggering.
Ross’s icky relationship with Elizabeth cost him his job (Picture: CBS)
Sleeping with one his students
Seriously, the golden rules for being a professor at a university are: Never forget a pen, and don’t sleep with your students.
And yet, there Ross goes, sleeping with Elizabeth Stevens in season seven.
Yeah, it might be exciting doing something you shouldn’t be doing – but if you want that thrill, pull a sickie and go ride a rollercoaster. Don’t sleep with a barely-legal woman, fifteen years younger than you, who is under your care.
He then even gets annoyed that Rachel starts sleeping with Elizabeth’s dad, Paul (played by Bruce Willis), despite them being far more age appropriate for each other.
Ross Gellar’s quiet down hands are the thing of roommate nightmare (Picture: CBS)
That ‘keep the noise down’ gesture
So, you’ve lost your apartment, and your two besties let you crash in with them – because you’re in need of help and that’s super nice of them.
Top tip as a house guest: do not mock them for how they live/their childish behaviour you already knew about, install household equipment they didn’t ask for and request them to cover the cost of it, or re-record their answering machine without anyone’s permission.
And for the love of God, never ever passive aggressively tell them to keep down with a hand gesture and matching squinty face that makes people want to punch you.
Could you seriously be any more obnoxious?
Friends is available on Netflix and airs on Comedy Central UK.

The Game of Thrones season 8 premiere may as well have been titled the reunion episode it featured so many characters coming face-to-face after so long.
Jaime Lannister (played by Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) arrived in the North only to immediately come face-to-face with the boy he pushed out a window all those years ago.
But this moment is not to be overshadowed by Jaime being confronted by Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) herself next week.
Daenerys Targaryen promises to get revenge on Jaime Lannister (Picture: HBO)
Jaime got his infamous Kingslayer nickname for killing the Mad King Aerys Targaryen – Dany’s father – during Robert’s Rebellion.
The Kingsguard swear a solemn oath to protect their King at all costs, but Jaime broke that vow, earning him the name Oathbreaker too.
In season three, Jaime opens up to Brienne (Gwendoline Christie) about the day he killed the Mad King, telling her the real reason he killed King Aerys was because he ordered him to kill his father and to burn the entire city and its inhabitants with wildfire.
Game of Thrones season 8 airs tonight on Sky Atlantic and NOW TV at 9pm.

Now, the TV personality has revealed that she had psychotherapy to deal with the trauma she experienced with her husband, her children – Angelica and Arlo – and her parents.
The former Strictly Come Dancing star – who suffered severe facial burns just like her nine-year-old daughter Angelica – shared that she has done Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) to help her move forward after herself and her family were stranded in the sea for 45 minutes before being rescued.
Speaking on Loose Women, during Monday’s episode, she said: ‘It was like a James Bond moment and the whole boat just blew.’
On why she chose to get some treatment, she said: ‘It was a moment of desperation for me because I couldn’t stop crying and I felt like I needed to be there for the kids and I obviously wanted to help with my parents well. You know there was so much to worry about.
‘It was difficult to focus on something but for me I just knew that I needed to stop crying and EMDR is used a lot for extreme trauma – for war veterans as well.’
Natasha Kaplinksy has opened up for the first time about her family’s boating accident (Picture: ITV)
She added: ‘It helped to move the trauma and the immediacy of what was happening in front of me which was that we were all on a burning boat in the middle of nowhere to a bit further away in my mind.’
The news host recounted the 45 minutes that they were in the water and said that the wetness helped reduce the severity of Angelica’s face and arm burns – although she admitted that the topic is still a hard one to discuss.

She explained: ‘There’s nothing worse than seeing your child injured, I just kept on looking at her and her face and her arm, just thinking of her wedding day and it was one of those moments where you think, I just can’t bear it.’
Speaking almost a year on from the accident she added: ‘It’s still very hard to talk about and obviously going through it with my children and our daughter is having EMDR at the moment.’
Natasha won the first series of Strictly Come Dancing back in 2004 when she was a star on the BBC news team.
In 2007 Channel 5 made her Britain’s highest-paid newsreader by luring her from the BBC in a £1million-a-year deal.
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30 pm on ITV
