Kourtney looks nice with bangs and without! (Pictures: Instagram/@kourtneykardash)
Kourtney Kardashian is seen visiting a hair doctor because of a bald spot on this season of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.
And perhaps given her recent hair issues, she has sought to clarify that the hair in her most recent throwback photo is in fact ‘not a wig.’
Just in case you wondering.
The TV star’s latest Instagram picture shows her sporting some serious bangs as she poses with sisters Kim and Khloe on Christmas morning when the Kardashian clan are in their teens.
Judging by the flash camera Khloe’s holding, we’re going to go with the very early 00s.
Kourtney shared the post with the caption: ‘105 days until Christmas (this is not a wig).’
That’s less than 15 weeks, by the way!

The post follows the mum-of-three visiting Dr. Jason Diamond on the latest season of KUWTK.

The daughter of Kris Jenner received plasma injections for the (minuscule) issue, at the encouragement of Kim.
She explained in her VT: ‘Today I’m getting PRP [platelet-rich plasma], which is where they take your blood and spin it and they use your plasma and they inject it in my head for my hair to grow back.’
The doctor told Kim that her hair should ‘be fine’ and it wouldn’t ‘take a long time’ before his treatment worked on her.
Kim recently shared that she’s suffering from lupus (Picture: Stephen Lovekin/REX)
Meanwhile, Kim was also seen battling health issues on a recent episode of the show.
She was seen breaking down in tears as she revealed she has an auto-immune condition called lupus.
However, she later told the ABC Today Show that the condition is ‘under control’, adding: ‘I was able to find an amazing doctor, Dr. Wallace, and we figured out what the problem is and I, unfortunately, had to get put on medication to stop the symptoms.
‘I tried everything natural for the longest time and we chose the best route for me, so luckily right now everything is under control, but autoimmune issues are really scary,’

The cast of Game Of Thrones will reunite at the Emmys (Picture: Getty Images)
The Game Of Thrones farewell tour rolls on as the cast will reunite the present at the 2019 Emmys.
Game Of Thrones aired its eighth and final season earlier this year revealing the fates of characters such as Jon Snow (Kit Harington), Arya Stark (Maisie Williams) and Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke).
The actors, many of whom are nominees, will get back together with their co-stars to present an award at the 71st Emmys, which takes place later this month.
Also announced as presenters from the hit series are Alfie Allen (Theon Greyjoy), Gwendoline Christie (Brienne of Tarth), Peter Dinklage (Tyrion Lannister), Lena Headey (Cersei Lannister), Sophie Turner (Sansa Stark), Carice van Houten (Melisandre), Nikolaj Coster-Waldau (Jaime Lannister).
The Emmys will take place without a host for the first time since 2003 so more time can be spent on saying goodbye to shows such as the HBO fantasy series, as well as Empire and The Big Bang Theory.
According to Mail Online, Fox Entertainment CEO Charlie Collier said: ‘What’s interesting to me this year is how many shows we’re saying goodbye to. You have to look at the trade-off.
‘If you have a host and an opening number, that’s 15-20 minutes that you don’t have to salute the shows.’

It has now beaten NYPD Blue’s 25-year record for highest number of nominations in one year.

Jesy is due to appear in a documentary about online trolling… (Picture: Rahul Bhatt/BBC/October Films
Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson is due to appear in a documentary which will address the vile online trolling she received after her rise to fame on The X-Factor.
Now Jesy, 28, is set to appear in a BBC documentary in which she gets to tell her story and address the impact that the trolling had on her mental health.
What time is Jesy Nelson’s Odd One Out on BBC tonight?
She added: ‘I was just so envious of how happy they were and I was like I just want to know what it feels like to be happy and feel like that but I couldn’t, I couldn’t make myself happy.’
Jesy also told listeners: ‘I didn’t want to perform on stage anymore because I just mentally used to think that when I’d be on stage, if I’d see people in the crowd pointing at me or whispering, I’d think they were saying horrible things about me. And I got anxiety, panic attacks.’
Jesy has also opened up about how, after a 2013 performance with her bandmates, she tried to take her own life.
Jesy’s mum Janice will be seen saying in Odd One Out: ‘I am so proud and when I watch her on stage I get excited. I’m the loudest cheerer in the crowd.
‘Not have the X Factor or any of that. Because I miss her. I just kind of feel like I’ve lost Jess to social media. Addicted to what people are saying.’
And among those who’ll be getting all Downton-ed up are Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, who’ll be hosting a special episode live from the location where the series and movie were shot.
The location has become famous over the years, although its owner has opened up about hosting the series there and the ‘havoc’ it causes – but just where is it filmed?
Here’s what you need to know…
Where is Downton Abbey filmed?
Both the TV series and film of Downton Abbey were filmed at Highclere Castle.
The castle and its 5,000 acre estate is located in Hampshire, and was built in 1679, but has undergone a fair bit of remodelling in its time.
Highclere Castle once again comes to the fore as Downton Abbey arrives on the big screen (Picture: Universal)
The location has also been used to film the Stephen Fry/Hugh Laurie series Jeeves and Wooster.
If you want to visit the castle you can do so in the summer – while events also take place throughout the year (Picture: Rex Shutterstock)
‘You don’t see the glamour,’ she explained.
‘You just see the computer village and cameras everywhere, and people in black parkas. And you see, the people they open every single window in February.
‘And they say “oh it’s so cold, how do you live here?” And it’s like, “we don’t open all the windows”.’
You might recognise some of the interiors too (Picture: Rex Shutterstock)
This Morning are certainly getting into the Downton spirit as they’ve even changed their opening credits to reflect their location.
Can you visit Highclere Castle?
You can indeed visit the castle, which is open to the public during the summer and also hosts a number of special events throughout the year.
Watch This Morning live from Downton Abbey today on ITV from 10.30am.

Jack Carroll is all grown up as he reunites with Simon Cowell (Picture: Instagram)
It’s been six years since Jack Carroll came agonisingly close to becoming the first comedian to win Britain’s Got Talent and this weekend he’ll be back, a little taller, for his comeback on BGT: The Champions.
At just 14-years-old, Jack won over judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams and had the nation keeling over with belly laughs, often using his cerebral palsy as comedy material, coming second to Hungarian shadow theatre group Attraction in one of the most closely fought finals to date.
Since then, the now 20-year-old has gone on to pave a successful career both as a stand-up and actor, starring in Sky One’s hit comedy Trollied and fronting his very own Live At The Apollo.
This Saturday he’ll take on the likes of 2016 winner Richard Jones, chart-topping brothers Richard & Adam, and Canadian Britain’s Got Talent illusionist Darcy Oake.
‘Announcement: I’ll be appearing on @bgt : The Champions on ITV 1 which starts August 31st. A great opportunity to see some old faces and say thanks for all the show has done for me, and a chance to perform in front of a sold out Wembley Arena. Hope you enjoy it,’ he told his 3,000 followers.
But Jack’s got a huge battle on his hands. So far just one Britain’s Got Talent act has made it to the final as MerseyGirls won the superfan vote on Saturday, joining Ukraine’s Got Talent winner Kseniya Simonova, Bello and Annaliese and German Got Talent’s Alexa Lauenburger.
Can Jack become the second?
Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions continues Saturday at 8.15pm on ITV.

Thom Yorke was asked to go on Strictly (Picture: Getty/BBC/Metro)
Thom Yorke has revealed he turned down Strictly Come Dancing in the show’s early days.
The 50-year-old Radiohead frontman might be an icon of the alternative rock scene, but it seems BBC bosses imagined him sporting sequins and tapping out ballroom.
Speaking to Shaun Keaveny on BBC Radio 6 Music, Thom was asked whether he’d to appear on Strictly or I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here if a gun was held to his head, sparking the surprising revelation he’d been asked on the former.
Oh Strictly,’ Thom replied. ‘I think they asked me once in the early days of the programme. I was like, “You what?”
‘I’m pretty sure I got the call from the office one day.’
Had dreams of Thom recreating his moves in the Lotus Flower video on Saturday night primetime? We’re heartbroken, to be honest.
This isn’t the only left-field celebrity BBC bosses have asked to do Strictly, with Happy Mondays stars Shaun Ryder and Bez having both stated they were asked in the past.
Speaking about the show in 2016, Bez even believes he could lift the Glitterball trophy.
‘I reckon I could go all the way,’ Bez said. ‘Dancing has made me famous and entertaining people is what I do best.
‘I’ve lost count of the number of blokes who’ve come up over the years and said, “Thanks for making it OK for indie guys to get on the dance floor”.’
Jesy Nelson’s BBC Three documentary Odd One Out is incredibly brave and we must all do better.
The hour-long feature sees the Little Mix singer talk candidly about the horrific abuse she has been a victim thanks to social media, revealing how she attempted to take her own life in 2013 when she ‘couldn’t take it any longer.’
There are absolutely no frills here. The subject matter isn’t wrapped up in cotton wool and the camera doesn’t cut when Jesy reveals all the ugly and upsetting details.
Beginning with her suicide attempt, Jesy recalls how the constant trolling made her feel so embarrassed and ashamed that she just wanted the pain she felt to stop. Just minutes in we’re sat with a lump in a throat and tears in our eyes. Yes, it’s harrowing stuff, but it’s the girm reality of the darker side to Twitter, Instagram and Facebook and it shouldn’t be ignored.
The night they won, Jesy remembers scrolling through her Facebook messages and finding abuse from a stranger that said she ‘deserved to die’, adding that from there on in they just got worse and worse.
Jesy is honest about her mental health in the hour-long film (Picture: BBC)
After the group’s gig, Katie tweeted: ‘Packet Mix have still got a chubbier in their ranks. Less Little Mix. More Pick n Mix.’
‘All I remember feeling at that time is ‘what’s the f***ing point?’ Jesy admits. ‘I starved myself for a week and I’m still getting called fat. I could be the skinniest girl in the world and this is never going to go away.’
‘If I could have my Jes back to how she was before… I miss her,’ she says. ‘I just feel like I’ve lost Jes to social media.’
Jesy’s documentary is out now (Picture: BBC)
From Jesy’s mum yearning for her old daughter back before her X Factor success, to her bandmates at a loss of how to bring back the fire and passion they miss in their friend, it’s clear that the star is not the same person she was.
Cyberbullying ruined Jesy’s life and these personal accounts verify that. But there is light at the end of the tunnel.
Beyond her own experiences, Jesy meets with other victims of online bullying as well as a brokenhearted couple who lost their daughter to suicide as a result of trolling. She was just 16.
Odd One Out is hard to watch and it’s meant to be. Jesy is extremely brave to open up about her struggles at the hands of cyberbullies and it’ll no doubt act as a support for those dealing with their own demons.
Cal Strode, Media Manager at the Mental Health Collective, tells Metro.co.uk of the impact that the documentary will have on audiences up and down the country, saying: ‘Many young people are living in the shadow of the darker side of social media, facing things like Cyberbullying.
‘This programme will no doubt send a powerful message that they are not alone.’
Call adds: ‘Though speaking out about it can be daunting, Jesy Nelson shows that great strength can be found in vulnerability.
‘There is nothing to be ashamed of and talking about what is happening with someone you trust can be the first step on the road to recovering your mental health.’
Jesy Nelson: Odd One Out is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.
The sportsman, wearing black shorts and a T-shirt, went hard on an upright rowing machine in an energetic video shared on Instagram on Thursday.
Freddie, 41, seemed to suggest that previous reports about how fast he had been going when he crashed weren’t entirely accurate.
He wrote in the caption: ‘Moving alright for a bloke who had a 124mph crash. Never let the facts get in the way FFS.’
The cricketer had been racing at Elvington Airfield, near York, and veered off the track at high speed.
But thankfully he managed to come out basically unscathed with his helmet and full racing suit doing their job.
Freddie insisted he was absolutely fine following the incident, but admitted he might have taken things a bit too far.

He told Mail Online: ‘I’m absolutely fine and was back filming today. I go to great lengths to make sure I do well in Top Gear drag races but on this occasion I went a few lengths too far.
‘It will look more ridiculous than dangerous when you see it on TV.’
A BBC spokesperson added that Freddie ‘suffered no injuries as a result of his spontaneous detour, as fans will see for themselves when we show the sequence in full in the next series’.
Freddie may have had a lucky escape, as the course was the same one that former Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond crashed on in 2006, ending up in a coma for two weeks.

Jesy Nelson’s ex-boyfriend Jordan Banjo has leapt to the Little Mix singer’s defense ahead of her powerful documentary Odd One Out airing on BBC One tonight.
In the film, the 28-year-old bravely opens up about the time she tried to commit suicide after being pushed to the brink by vicious online trolls who savaged her appearance on a daily basis since winning The X Factor alongside bandmates Perrie Edwards, Jade Thirlwall and Leigh-Anne Pinnock.
Jordan, who dated Jesy for 10 months until their split in 2013, appeared on Lorraine today where he predicted the singer may face backlash for complaining while being in one of the most successful girl groups of all time. However, the member of Diversity immediately shut Jesy’s critics down.
‘It’s hard for someone in Jesy’s situation because where she’s been so successful and she’s done so much, people’s reaction will be, “Well if you want to do that you have to expect it.” It’s not quite like that,’ he told the host.
Jesy Nelson’s Odd One Out airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One (Picture: BBC)
The dancer continued: ‘People get on a phone or they get on a keyboard – imagine if people came up to you on the street and said what they say online; it’s just weird.’
Jordan revealed he’s faced his own battles with social media pests, which has only increased since he welcomed his first child Cassius Ashley Banjo with girlfriend Naomi Courts in 2018 before the arrival of their daughter Mayowa Angel in July this year.
‘Especially since becoming a dad I get it worse than ever,’ he ranted. ‘Comments like, “You’re not doing this right, you’re not doing that right.” It’s a kid, do you know what I mean?’
Jesy has already received an abundance of praise since opening up about her mental health struggles, with boyfriend Chris Hughes hailing the chart-topper as a ‘role model’.
Jesy Nelson’s Odd One Out airs tonight at 9pm on BBC One.

Instead of letting the news wash over him, Martin has pronounced himself otter in a defiant act against the ‘madness’ of human civilisation.
Posting on Twitter, Martin wrote: ‘Right that’s it, Fireman Sam is the last straw I’m done with this pc boll*cks and 100 identities being taught.
‘In a last stand to this outrageous madness I now wish to be known as an Otter.
‘I like other Otters and when you get bored of this cr*p in the world join me under water with other Otters, both male and female, and call enough and an end to this madness.’
Picture: Twitter
Martin has also changed his profile picture to an otter, completing the transformation.
‘I’m a penguin,’ Piers said on the show. ‘Identifying as a two spirit penguin, everyone happy with that? Two spirit, gender neutral, pan gender, gender fluid, fem penguin.’
Earlier this year, both Fireman Sam and Peppa Pig were accused of encouraging gender stereotypes, after the latter didn’t use the term ‘firefighter’ in an episode called The Fire Engine.
In a tweet, London Fire Brigade wrote: ‘Come on @peppapig, we’ve not been firemen for 30 years. You have a huge influence on kids & using out of date stereotypical gender specific wording prevents young girls from becoming firefighters.’
Michonne is leaving in the upcoming series of The Walking Dead (Picture: Fox)
The Walking Dead showrunner can’t wait for us to see Danai Gurira’s last scenes before she leaves the zombie show as Michonne for good.
Besides having a romance with Ezekiel, Angela Kang has teased that the infamous warrior will demonstrate all the qualities we know and love before she exits in the upcoming 10th season.
Yep, we’ll probably cry bucket loads of tears.
Revealing that Michonne ‘showcases her leadership and strength, and her love for her people and her family,’ in her final episodes, Angela enthused: ‘I’m excited to have the audience see Danai’s work during this last arc on the show because she’s just amazing.’
She added to TVLine: ‘She brings so much to every episode she’s in.’
But before then, we’ll get to see her and Ezekiel (Khary Payton) grow closer.
Ever since the season 10 trailer dropped at Comic-Con, viewers have been wondering what’s going on between the two characters and Angela has hinted at what we’re going to see unfold.
‘We are seeing a moment,’ she said to TVLine. ‘This really does happen.
‘The characters have always had a respect for each other. They like each other. [And their relationship] feeds into the journeys they’re on this season.’
Sadly though it looks like a fully-fledged romance might not be written in the stars for these two, what with Michonne’s exit.
The Walking Dead returns to AMC on October 7 and will follow a day later on FOX UK.

Terrence as Lucious Lyon on Empire (Picture: Chuck Hodes/Fox/Kobal/REX)
Empire’s Terrence Howard has said he is ‘done’ with acting.
The 50-year-old star furthermore revealed he’ll turn his back on his profession after the sixth season of his hit music drama Empire this year to focus on ‘truth’.
He explained: ‘I’m done with acting. I’m done pretending.’
Terrence plays music guru Lucious Lyon on the show.
Speaking to Extra TV, he was then asked if he’d be focusing on philanthropy in the future.
‘No, not philanthropy,’ he replied. ‘I’m just focusing on bringing truth to the world.’
He then said: ‘I love the cast members. I will miss them a great deal, and the crew.’
In his interview, Terrence also teased about the fate of his character in the upcoming season.
After Lucious is seen lying on the floor in one promo, Terrence said: ‘I’m sure he might have been sleeping!’
Empire returns to FOX on 24 September.
Empire’s Nicole Ari Parker as Giselle with Terrence (Pictuire: Matt Dinerstein/Fox/Kobal/REX)
Terrence’s film credits include 2008’s Iron Man and 2009’s The Princess and the Frog.
He has also appeared in TV shows like Wayward Pines and Law & Order: LA.
Terrence played James Rhodes in the first Iron Man movie but was later replaced by Don Cheadle.
He then replied: ‘You know what’s so funny? Even though I love Don Cheadle so much and I love what he’s done, I still hear a lot of fans asking, “Am I going to come back and be War Machine? Am I going to come back and be War Machine?”
‘I think they could have a huge franchise off of it. But f**k ’em.’
Speaking on WWHL in 2013, Howard previously alleged of Iron Man’s Robert Downey, Jr.: ‘It turns out that the person that I helped become Iron Man, when it was time to re-up for the second one, took the money that was supposed to go to me and pushed me out.
‘They came to me with the second and said “Look, we will pay you one-eighth of what we contractually had for you, because we think the second one will be successful with or without you.” And I called my friend, that I helped get the first job, and he didn’t call me back for three months.’

Maura Higgins was punished for stealing booze on Love Island (Picture: ITV2)
Just when you thought you couldn’t be more enamoured with Maura Higgins, she reveals she got punished by Love Island bosses for stealing wine. We stan and relate in equal measure.
Unlike Big Brother or Ex On The Beach, Love Island bosses tread carefully when supplying the bast with booze, allowing just one or two drinks a night. Imagine?
So Maura took matters into her own hands.
‘One night I went to the larder where the drinks get prepared and there’s like a water dispenser there,’ she grinned during her appearance on Ireland’s The Late Late Show.
‘I went in before everyone else and I downed everyone’s wine and I filled it up with water. And I got in really big trouble. The whole island got punished the following night because I got really drunk.
‘I shouldn’t have probably said that. I’ll get in big trouble now!’
Maura appeared on The Late Late Show with Love Island winner Greg O’Shea (Picture: Rex)
What a woman.
Maura’s become somewhat of a pop cultural phenomonen since leaving Love Island, at least if you ask anyone at Metro.co.uk. The 28-year-old has landed several presenting jobs on This Morning, inked a massive £500,000 deal with Boohoo and is currently tipped to join either I’m A Celebrity… Get Me out of Here! or Dancing on Ice.
Speaking to us at this week’s TV Choice Awards, the Irish model refused to quash rumours she was either entering the jungle or risking her life on the rink.
‘I’ve heard a lot of things that I’m supposedly meant to be going on and you know what, who knows,’ she teased.
‘Right now, I’m just taking every day as it comes and there are lots of exciting opportunities there but I can’t really comment on anything because I really don’t know.’
Love Island returns to ITV2 at the beginning of 2020.

Ant and Dec are returning for Saturday Night Takeaway next year (Picture: Rex)
Ant McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have confirmed that they’ll be back together on Saturday Night Takeaway when the series returns next year.
The presenting duo revealed they had their first meeting for the brand new chapter of the ITV show today, just one month after reports claimed that Ant would be reprising his spot and ending his two year hiatus.
Sharing a snap of the all-important conference to their fans on Twitter, Ant and Dec commented: ‘First meeting for Saturday Night Takeaway 2020…exciting times!
‘If you want to be part of it details [arrow emoji]. Come on, you know you want to!’
The duo then shared information about how viewers can get involved with the show themselves, including surprising someone they know live on TV.

‘There’s a real buzz around the show,’ a source teased about the show’s return back in August. ‘It promises to be bigger and better than ever.’
They continued to The Mirror: ‘As much as Dec did a great job on his own, it just wasn’t the same without Ant.’
Dec fronted the series without Ant in 2018 as his presenting partner stepped back from several of his TV commitments following his arrest for drink driving in March 2017.
This news came after it was claimed Saturday Night Takeaway production staff were looking for work following rumours the show had been canned.
Saturday Night Takeaway returns to ITV in 2020.

Freddie Flintoff crashed while filming Top Gear (Picture: BBC)
Top Gear’s Freddie Flintoff had a lucky escape after he crashed on a drag race track while filming for the BBC series.
The presenter had been pushing the pedal to the metal at Elvington Airfield near York, where Richard Hammond had a brush with death in 2006, when he came off course at high speed.
‘He was going flat out,’ David Robinson recalled. ‘Then there was an almighty bang. Dust was flying everywhere and everyone raced over.
‘He was so lucky it wasn’t worse, especially after Richard Hammond’s crash.’
Freddie is notoriously keen to ‘get off the beaten track’ says the BBC (Picture: BBC)

David continued to The Sun: ‘Freddie may not have been going at the same speed but it could easily have been a similar outcome.’
A BBC spokesperson said: ‘The health and safety of our presenters and crew on Top Gear is paramount.
‘As viewers of the recent series will have seen, Freddie is often keen to get ”off the beaten track”.’
They added: ‘Tuesday’s filming at Elvington Airfield was no exception – but he suffered no injuries as a result of his spontaneous detour, as fans will see for themselves when we show the sequence in full in the next series.’
Thankfully, the 41-year-old appeared to be back to his usual self as he’s already been filmed working out in the gym hours after his high-speed crash.
Although, Freddie seemed to suggest that previous reports about how fast he had been going when he crashed weren’t entirely accurate. He wrote in the caption: ‘Moving alright for a bloke who had a 124mph crash. Never let the facts get in the way FFS.’
Back in February, Freddie lost control of his car while filming a skit in Mansfield town centre and his vehicle struck an unmanned market stall.
The near-fatal crash occurred when one of the front wheels failed and it left Richard with depression and head injuries.
Top Gear is available for catch-up on BBC iPlayer.

Love Island star Maura Higgins made a new appearance on This Morning as the show headed to Downton Abbey for the day.
Thursday’s episode, presented by Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, came live from Highclere Castle where the much loved drama is filmed.
The hosts were joined by members of the This Morning family, including the most recent member Maura.
While she usually appears in an agony aunt capacity dishing out tough love during the phone-ins, this week she was in a more humble role as a housemaid.
The reality TV star gamely dressed up as a maid for the occasion, and was found dutifully dusting when Alison Hammond dropped by for a chat.
But in true Maura style, she declared she wasn’t happy with her position and would work her way ‘upstairs’ as soon as possible.

She joked: ‘I should be upstairs because I am a lady. I’m not enjoying the dusting. I’m gonna work my way up.’
In her chat with Alison she dropped some knowledge on the famous films that had been shot at Highclere Castle, including Tom Cruise-starrer Eyes Wide Shut and The Secret Garden.
Also on the show, Holly and Phil interviewed stars of the Downton Abbey movie Michael Fox and Tuppence Middleton, and had a chat with the owner Lady Carnarvon.
She told the show that while she is a big Downton fan, filming at the castle can get a bit ‘messy’.
This Morning airs weekdays from 10.30am on ITV.

Janet Street-Porter has admitted hitting a woman to the floor with her handbag was one of the ‘most rewarding’ moments of her entire life.
The 72-year-old presenter made the shock admission in conversation with Andrea McLean, Jane Moore and Saira Khan on today’s Loose Women, saying that the event happened after the columnist had called her out on her fashion.
Recalling the incident, Janet said: ‘As I approached, she quaked.
‘I went up to her and said, “I read that rubbish you wrote today,” and she said, “I know it’s got my picture above it but I didn’t actually write today’s column.”
‘I went, “Don’t even dignify that rubbish with an answer like that.”‘

Janet continued: ‘I went bosh and I branded her on the forehead with my bag and she fell to the ground.
‘Do you know what? That was one of the highest and most successful and rewarding moments of my entire life.’
One user reported the show (Picture: Twitter)
She then issued a warning to viewers, adding: ‘If you see me on the underground don’t get too close.’
Janet’s co-stars were in fits of laughter at her terrifying confession, before sharing some of their own experiences of overhearing others talking about them.
Viewers were taken aback by Janet’s story and wasted no time in commenting on Twitter, with one writing: ‘So Janet assaulted a woman and nothing was done about it?’
‘So we just encouraging and laughing at assault now?’ asked another.
Meanwhile, one viewer was so furious by Janet’s account that he reported the show, writing: ‘Just reported this show. How dare Janet Street-Porter make fun of herself assaulting another woman and branding her with the bags logo.
‘This show is diabolical in what it gets away with. Would it be funny if a guy hit a woman with a bag?’
Loose Women airs weekdays at 12.30pm on ITV.

Actor Jason Watkins has spoken out about his heartbreaking struggle to deal with the sudden death of his two-year-old daughter from sepsis.
Loose Women viewers praised the W1A star for speaking up to raise awareness for the infection, which was left undiagnosed despite trips to the hospital.
Maude passed away on New Year’s Day, 2001, in her sleep after exhibiting flu-like symptoms that worried Jason and wife Clara, but were put down to a nasty bacterial chest infection.
‘I think as a parent, and it’s crucial to sepsis in a way, of your instinct leads you in a certain way you should be able to follow it up. So I said at the time “well I think, it doesn’t feel right”,’ he explained, adding that he then took Maude to A&E to speak to a paediatrician.
Given antibiotics it was again put down to a bad infection but the symptoms reoccurred and were more severe, and the little girl was struggling to breathe and would pass out in the car on the way to the hospital.
‘She was given a sort of stand procedural treatment at that point. But why wouldn’t you?,’ he told the panel.
‘It was difficult for me to explain down the food chain what it was like in the car. So we were discharged again, her temperature was falling, she seemed better, and she was, given antibiotics again, and again stuff for her throat.’
‘They said: “just be aware of her the next day” and this was New Years’ eve. We took her back, we did everything the doctors told us to do that night, not too hot and not too cold.
‘[We] put her down, and in the morning our other daughter, who shared her room at the time, came in and said: “I can’t wake Maude.”

Jason’s now turning his attention on helping other parents know the symptoms as much as possible.
Symptoms within children include: breathing very fast, fits or convulsions, a pale or bluish complexion and a rash that doesn’t fade when you press it.
They may feel abnormally cold to the touch as well or be difficult to wake up.

However, in many cases sepsis can be hidden and appear to be symptoms of something else, making it difficult to detect, but blood tests will help confirm the issue sooner.
Charities are now working on improving awareness of the deadly infection, with Jason and his wife patrons of Child Bereavement UK and raising awareness of sepsis.
He told the panel: ‘There is a satisfaction, if that’s the right word, in helping other people. Talking about the sepsis cases that I read and think ‘I’ve got to stop that happening.
‘With Child Bereavement UK, it’s a way of saying you’re not alone. It’s a very dark pit that you can’t get out of. You can’t see an end to it, how could you possibly get out of something like that?
‘But there are people who have, and do, and there is support.’
Loose Women airs weekdays from 12.30pm on ITV.

Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith eat a whole lot over the course of a series (Picture: Channel 4)
Paul Hollywood consumed a huge 13,500 calories during filming on the Great British Bake Off 2019, according to new important statistics.
While the latest episode saw Paul give his first coveted handshake of the series, he might not be so thankful if he discovered how many calories get troughed over the show’s course.
In statistics calculated by UK food intolerance testing firm YorkTest Laboratories, Paul and co-host Prue Leith will consume 13,500 calories over the series despite only taking a couple of mouthfuls in each taste test.
The research is based upon his intake over the last season, with it estimated Paul noshed 13,273 calories over 10 episodes, 33 rounds, and 75 individual bakes.
YorkTest claim, for example, the first round of episode three from the 2018 series saw Paul sample each contestant’s Chelsea buns, which have an average of 262 calories. They calculated this would mean Paul placed 655 calories in his mouth during the task.
That’s already a third of the recommended daily intake of calories, with the average for a man being 2,500 per day. He’s not even hit the showstopper round.

If you need an idea on how much 13,274 calories is, it’s the equivalent of 54 McDonald’s quarter pounders, 14 KFC 10 piece bargain buckets, 58 Mars bars and 316 slices of cheese and tomato pizza from Domino’s. Your average Saturday night, right?
Paul has opened up about his secret to weight loss in the past, explaining how he’s seeing a personal trainer and doing weights.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Paul said: ‘I’m on a healthy eating spurt right now. I’m not thin but I’m on my way there.
‘It’s not a diet. I’m just reducing my calorie intake and I’m seeing a personal trainer and boxing and weightlifting about three times a week.
‘It’s not so much about losing the weight as being healthy.’
The Great British Bake Off continues Tuesday on Channel 4 at 8pm.
Game of Thrones’ loyal following will never get the ending they deserved but one fan is giving it a good go and has actually created an alternate finale which sees Hodor kill The Night King.
It’s epic.
The genius, who goes under the moniker 3D Print Guy on YouTube, has constructed an animation of what would have been a far better finale, with Jon Snow struggling in battle against The Night King only to be saved by Hodor emerging from the icy floor to destroy the leader of the dead army with his bare hands.
If only.
Instead we were left with Arya Stark heading off in her cruise to explore unchartered territories in the West (which turned out to have already been explored in another gaffe from writers D.B. Weiss and David Benioff), Bran Stark taking the Iron Throne despite being gifted with the power to have prevented Daenerys’ massacre of King’s Landing, and the addition of a water bottle hiding behind a chair leg.

Weiss and Benioff snubbed the opportunity to defend the final chapter at San Diego Comic-con and instead chose to send members of the cast to confront the backlash, pulling out of speaking at the panel.
They have since addressed their biggest fiasco, however: the coffee cup.
Game of Thrones will forever be tarnished by Daenerys’ caffeine fix, among other hiccups, which the duo admitted was a big oversight.

‘We were concentrating so much on Daenerys and Jon Snow that we just didn’t see this coffee cup right in the middle,’ they told Japan’s Star Channel.
‘So, at first I couldn’t believe it, and then it was embarrassment, “How did we not see this coffee cup in the middle of the shot?” And then, eventually, it was just funny. This one is just a mistake, and it’s kind of funny to us now.’
Game of Thrones seasons one to eight are available to stream on NOW TV.
