Stavros Flatley are set to make their return to the Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions stage on Saturday night after making it through to the final of the series.

The much-beloved father son duo won themselves Simon Cowell’s Golden Buzzer when they appeared earlier in the series, nabbing themselves an automatic place in the final as they whipped the crowds at Wembley into a frenzy.

However their performance on Saturday night’s show comes amid rumours that this could be the last time they’ll perform together – with reports suggesting they’re splitting up.

Say it ain’t so? What’s going on? Here’s what you need to know…

Are Stavros Flatley splitting up?

OK, let’s all calm down folks – because despite the rumours Stavros Flatley have denied they are splitting up.

The pair quelled the rumours on Instagram ahead of Saturday’s final, with a video in which they slammed any sign of a break-up – with main man Demi locking himself in the toilet and asking son Lagi whether or not they had split.

‘We’re not splitting up man,’ he insisted – as his dad shouted back: ‘I’m staying in here until you tell me for sure we haven’t split up.’

As Demi asked him: ‘Are you sure?’ he replied: ‘Yes dad, I have to see you later when I go home.’

Demi added: ‘Yeah I know but, what if we’ve split up and we don’t know?’ to which Lagi told him: ‘Course we know, we haven’t split up, would you just come out?’

All of which led to celebration for Demi as he emerged from the bathroom and cheered ‘Yay!’, before he fled the building and raced off down the street shouting ‘We haven’t split up!’ repeatedly.

Yay indeed.

Why were Stavros Flatley rumoured to be splitting?

The rumours began after Lagi told The Sun that he was stepping aside to focus on his barbershop in Cyprus, and would be replaced by Demi’s nephew Sampson.

‘We’ve done so many things but what is there left to do? We’ve done the Royal Variety, we’ve played in China, Monaco – everywhere,’ he said.

‘So when we got to The Champions, I thought this was the right time to leave. But Simon Cowell told me not to quit forever. So I will return for some shows.’

The pair first appeared on Britain’s Got Talent in 2009 when Lagi was 12 years old – going on to finish fourth in the year that also gave the world Susan Boyle and Diversity.

Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions final is on Saturday night on ITV from 8.30pm.

Strictly Come Dancing kicked off Movie Week in style with an incredible routine which paid homage to Disney Pixar classics.

Kicking off with professional dancer Anton Du Beke as Mr Incredible, the first segment took viewers on a punchy, jazz routine inspired by Brad Bird’s 2004 classic.

The geared switched for balloons and slow dances to channel Up, with animated characters from the film even invading the screen between.

Lastly, introduced by Buzz Lightyear and Woody, was Toy Story – where the dancers dressed up as Bo Peep and the green bucket soldiers in a dance to Randy Newman’s You’ve Got A Friend In Me.

This year’s Movie Week features even more Disney too, with Neil Jones and Alex Scott performing to a track from Moana.

Other routines on the night included Will Bayley going all out to the Pokemon theme, while Michelle Visage channelled Liza Minnelli for a Cabaret-inspired routine.

Safe to say, people were bowled over by the Disney routine.

Incredible, indeed.

Alesha Dixon on Britain's Got Talent: The Champions
Alesha Dixon has sparked speculation she may have given birth after sporting a noticeable baby bump throughout Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions (Picture: ITV)

Alesha Dixon has kept everybody guessing as to when she is due to welcome her second child, sporting a baby bump all the way through Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions.

And the final of the show is no exception, with the 40-year-old still heavily pregnant in the climactic show due to air on Saturday night.

We’ve been left to wonder when her new arrival is due ever since news of her pregnancy was revealed during the first live BGT semi-final earlier this year – and now there’s speculation that she might have already given birth ahead of filming for the next series of America’s Got Talent.

So has Alesha secretly welcomed her second child and kept shtum about it? Here’s what we know…

Has Alesha Dixon given birth?

Alesha has yet to confirm whether or not she has had her baby.

However she has sparked rumours that she’s given birth after she was spotted en route to auditions for the next series of America’s Got Talent in LA.

Alesha, who is taking over from Mel B on the panel, was snapped wearing a black crop top and holding a denim jacket over her midriff – with no sign of the baby bump she has had all through Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions.

All of which suggests that she has indeed brought her new little one into the world, although she has yet to confirm a date of birth or gender.

The baby is a brother or sister for her five-year-old daughter Azura Sienna, and her second child with her partner, dancer and model Azuka Ononye.

The couple have been together for over 10 years and are rumoured to have got married in 2017, although they have never confirmed this news, choosing instead to keep it private.

How was Alesha Dixon’s pregnancy revealed?

Alesha’s pregnancy was revealed during the opening musical number from Ant and Dec during the Britain’s Got Talent live finals – during which they sang the lyrics ‘Alesha is expecting’.

It came after she admitted in 2018 that she feared she was ‘too old’ to have another baby.

‘I don’t know whether it will happen given my age but I adore the idea of a large family and I hope I will be lucky,’ she told You magazine at the time.

‘The love I feel for Azura is so pure and unconditional. The main thing is to enjoy her in the present and be philosophical about the future, because what will be will be.’

Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions final is on ITV on Saturday night from 8.30pm.

Strictly’s Will Bayley gave every 90s kid a nostalgic rush with a Pokemon Paso Doble routine.

Will and partner Janette Manrara became Pokemon trainer Ash Ketchum and Pikachu for the show’s Movie Week theme, delivering a fiery routine to the main theme.

While the song and dance itself felt like a bizarre mash-up, the judges praised the dance, with only Bruno Tonioli calling for more ‘artistry’ in his performance.

Speaking about the dance, Craig Revel Horwood said: ‘It was full of strength, it had intent and it had purpose. Well done.’

Motsi Mabuse added: ‘I loved this tension in your body. You really have a nice tension which gave you a nice shape and I loved the build up in the middle because I felt your bodies building up and then you released the power.

‘You had to keep that, I love that.’

Viewers however couldn’t quite believe their eyes.

The dance earned Will and Janette the scores of six, six, five, six, earning a total of 23 points.

Will and Janette’s dance on last week’s live show earned them a score of 24, which was a Salsa to 1-2-3 by Gloria Estefan.

Strictly’s Kelvin Fletcher wows judges as he achieves first 10 and highest score of series

Strictly Come Dancing’s Kelvin Fletcher has earned the first 10 of the series with a whopping score of 38 – in week three.

In the words of Bruno Tonioli, ‘Everyone’s talking about Kelvin.’

The Emmerdale star and his partner Oti Mabuse performed a spectacular Charleston to Trip A Little Light Fantastic from Mary Poppins returns.

The judges were stunned, with Craig Revel Horwood dubbing the routine ‘fab-u-lous’. No lies detected.

While Craig and Motsi gave the performance a score of nine each, head judge Shirley Ballas joyfully declared ‘it’s never too early’, giving them a 10, with Bruno following suit.

The 35-year-old seemed shocked by the judge’s comments, as he spoke about how the tune is his daughter’s favourite song.

Tearing up, he admitted he couldn’t even watch the VT before the dance.

So sweet!

It’s not the first time in the series Kelvin has shot to the top of the leaderboard, after he rocked the room with an amazing Samba for week one.

Scoring 32 out of 40 in week one with their performance to La Vida Es Un Carnaval, bookmakers Ladbrokes revealed that a flurry of interest made him an odds on favourite to win.

While he didn’t wow everyone in week two, it seems his flair is well and truly back.

And his talent hasn’t passed his Emmerdale co-stars by, with Laura Norton admitted she knew his ‘hips worked’.

The 36-year-old told Lorraine Kelly: ‘Me and Kelvin have had many nights out so I knew how those hips worked, but it’s a different ballgame with this, it’s the technicalities.

‘I knew he was going to be good but I didn’t know he would be that good.

‘He’s such an amazing person, I think everyone would just fall in love with his personality.’

She’s definitely right there.

Strictly Come Dancing’s Katya Jones suffered every dancer’s worst nightmare as she fell over on the show.

The star was performing a raunchy dance to The Weather Girls’ It’s Raining Men with journalist Mike Bushell, but it seems one move when just a little wrong.

Before Mike was meant to drag Katya, she dropped to the floor.

‘It wasn’t quite magic, it was nearly tragic in parts,’ judge Bruno Tonioli asserted, with Katya insisting: ‘It wasn’t his fault!’

Clearly a little unsteady, she fell again at the top of the stairs, with Claudia Winkleman worriedly asking if she was okay.

‘Katya actually styled this out really well,’ one fan wrote, with another adding: ‘WAIT did Katya just fall over.’

Strictly Come Dancing’s Dianne Buswell and Dev Griffin have smashed it out of the park after their horror fall as they earned a standing ovation.

The pair, who had a ‘week of ups and downs’ according to the radio DJ, peformed an incredible Couples’ Choice routine to Friend Like Me from Aladdin.

Earning a 36 (a nine from each judge), the pair looked thrilled before confirming to Claudia Winkleman that they’re both fine.

Dianne was rushed to hopsital after suffering a fall during rehearsals for Movie Week.

It was reported that Dev accidentally lost his grip of the Aussie dancer during a lift, with Dianne falling on her head.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said: ‘Dev let her slip from his grasp and Dianne fell and landed on her head. It couldn’t have been worse.

‘It was horrible to watch Dianne lying prostrate on the floor.’

BBC staff were believed to have rushed to help and sent her to hospital, with Dev by her side who ‘looked in total shock’.

‘We had an accident keyword being accident it was not devs fault at all these things happen.

‘But great news is I’m fine and we both can not wait to dance tonight xxxx thanks again for your thoughts and well wishes.’

Dev and Dianne performed the first Couples’ Choice performance of the series, previously dubbing it their ‘favourite dance’.

Ant and Dec paused Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions final on Saturday to launch a new mental wellness campaign.

Following an emotional performance by dance crew Mersey Girls, the hosts appeared on stage with an important announcement for everyone watching on at home.

Discussing the new campaign, Declan Donnelly, 44, said: ‘We’d like to introduce the new ITV campaign for mental wellness, right here on Britain’s Got Talent tonight.

‘In the last 15 years, there has been a staggering 48% rise in anxiety and depression amongst British children, but something as simple as talking together and listening to each other can build our mental wellness.’

Co-host Ant McPartlin, 43, continued: ‘Now, we all know that these days there are more distractions than ever because we’re looking at the telly or we’re looking at our phones.

‘But it’s so important for our mental wellbeing to remember to get together and with people we care about and talk.’

Flash cards were held up during the break (Picture: ITV)

Launching the initiative, Dec explained they were doing something that they had never done before – pausing the show so those at home could have a quick chat.

‘So right now, we’re going to try something that has never been done before, it’s called Britain Get Talking,’ he said.

‘And to help Britain get talking, we’re going to pause the show to make time for everyone there at home to get together and just talk.

‘We’re pausing BGT for a minute so you can talk.’

As silence filled the room, signs flashed up, encouraging everyone to speak to each other.

The hosts then signalled the end of the silence, with Simon Cowell up on his feet applauding the pair, as well as the audience.

Dec added: ‘Seriously though, just taking time to talk with your nearest and dearest can really make a difference, especially for young people.

‘So please make sure tonight is just the start. Britain, Get Talking.’

The dad-of-one has previously opened up about his mental health, explaining that he sought therapy after Ant’s drink-driving conviction last year.

His best pal pleaded guilty to a charge of drink-driving, and was fined £86,000 and banned from driving for 20 months, after a three-way car crash.

He later went to rehab for a second time, after a previous stint in 2017.

And, speaking about the incident, Dec told The Guardian: ‘It’s the most destabilising thing that has ever happened to me.

‘I had some counselling, and I still do. Just counselling. Therapy. It helps to talk to somebody independent, who doesn’t watch or care about TV.

‘We just sit and talk for an hour.’

Craig Revel Horwood left the Strictly judges in hysterics are believing Anton Du Beke was wearing fake teeth throughout the routine.

Anton and Strictly partner Emma Barton danced the Salsa to Soul Bossa Nova by Quincy Jones from Austin Powers for Movie Week, with the former dressing up in an outfit to match.

When it came to critique their dance, Craig was so convinced on the outfit he even believed Anton’s teeth were fake to match his wig.

‘I was slightly distracted with the wig and the fake teeth that you have in,’ Craig said.

‘I did think you underdanced it slightly, by that I mean you can come out and really slam it, you’ve got all the potential in the world to do that and I actually loved that routine.’

As the judges and host Tess Daly were left laughing at the comment, Anton clarified: ‘They’re not fake they’re all my own my dear.’

Tess added: ‘They are your own teeth, let’s just clarify that.’

It took a while for Craig to clock on the teeth weren’t fake, prompting even more hysterics from the judges.

Craig, slightly perplexed, said: ‘They’re not fake? I’m sorry Anton. It must have been the glasses and the wig and everything.’

Taking it all in good spirits, Anton replied: ‘Darling this is going to cost you a nine.’

Unfortunately, Craig awarded the pair a six, while the rest of the judges Shirley Ballas, Motsi Mabuse and Bruno Tonioli gave them sevens each for a total of 27.

Speaking about the comment afterwards, Anton said: ‘I was about to say I’ve never been so offended but that wouldn’t be true darling, I’ll be honest with you.’

Strictly’s Katya Jones denies being ‘drunk’ as she insists second dramatic fall was staged

Strictly’s Katya Jones has laughed off her two dramatic falls on the show, insisting the second one was staged.

The Russian dancer had fans shocked when she dropped to the floor during her Magic Mike routine with journalist Mike Bushell, and fell again at the top of the stairs when she was talking to presenter Claudia Winkleman.

However, while the first mishap was unfortunately very real, she insisted that the second one was ‘on purpose.’

‘Guys! I’m totally fine! No idea what happened [cry-laughing emoijis],’ she tweeted. ‘So sorry . But so proud of @mikebreakfast for carrying on and delivering “the dolphin”!’

The star added: ‘FYI I did it again on purpose in Claudia’s area! And im def not drunk as some people think.’

The pro dancer, who previously faced controversy when she was pictured last year snogging her dance partner Seann Walsh, performed a raunchy dance to The Weather Girls’ It’s Raining Men with her partner but one move went just a little (a lot) wrong.

After a lovely spin and following Mike across the studio, Katya dropped to the floor – with some fans assuming he was meant to be there to catch her.

The routine didn’t go entirely to plan (Picture: BBC)

‘It wasn’t quite magic, it was nearly tragic in parts,’ judge Bruno Tonioli asserted, with Katya insisting: ‘It wasn’t his fault!’

Fans were shocked by the unfortunate mishap, with one writing on Twitter: ‘Katya actually styled this out really well,’ and another adding: ‘WAIT did Katya just fall over.’

The pair earned a score of 22 from the judges for their dance, which saw the journalist sliding down a fireman’s pole before ripping off the uniform to reveal his glittery outfit.

At least they had fun, right?

Britain’s Got Talent’s Simon Cowell dancing to Stavros Flatley in Champions final is a total mood

Stavros Flatley gave it their all
Simon Cowell joined the judges for a dance, very briefly (Picture: ITV)

It’s fair to say Britain’s Got Talent’s Simon Cowell is a huge fan of Stavros Flatley, after he gave the dancing duo his golden buzzer, sending them straight through to the final.

And the notoriously hard to please judge proved just how much he loved the Greek performers, as he got up and danced during their performance.

Yes, seriously.

The 59-year-old got to his feet alongside fellow judges Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon, showing off his best moves.

Okay, he didn’t quite match the ability or enthusiasm of finalists Semi Demetriou and son Lagi, choosing instead to sway slowly with the music, but he gave it a good go.

That’s what counts, right?

Don’t go for it too much, Simon (Picture: ITV)

Stavros Flatley first came to fame after taking part in Britain’s Got Talent, way back in 2009, finishing the show in fourth place.

And fans of the pair were thrown into meltdown after it was claimed they would be calling time on the act after the Champions final.

‘We’ve done this for 10 years for a joke,’ Demi told The Sun.

‘We’ve done so many things but what is there left to do? We’ve done the Royal Variety, we’ve played in China, Monaco – everywhere.

Stavros Flatley denied split claims (Picture: ITV)

‘So when we got to The Champions, I thought this was the right time to leave. But Simon Cowell told me not to quit forever. So I will return for some shows.’

However, they have now poured ice cold water on the claims, insisting they are definitely staying together.

Taking to Instagram, the comedy act shared a video of Demi locking himself in the toilet, asking his son whether or not they had split.

‘We’re not splitting up man,’ Lagi insisted before his dad shouted back: ‘I’m staying in here until you tell me for sure we haven’t split up.’

‘Course we know, we haven’t split up, would you just come out?’

Running out of the toilet, and then down the street, Demi yelled: ‘We haven’t split up, we haven’t split up, we haven’t split up.’

So that’s that, then!

Twist and Pulse have won Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions, beating out Stavros Flatley and Kseniya Simonova for the crown.

The dancing duo – made up of best friends Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy – were named winners of the ITV competition in a tense final, after their epic performance.

‘I am absolutely speechless, I can’t thank you guys enough,’ an emotional Glen told the crowd. ‘I’m holding back everything right now!’

While Ashley continued to Ant McPartlin: ‘Yeah, literally feel amazing. I’ve said it before, things like this don’t happen to me and my best friend Glenn, so we’d just like to say thank you so much!

‘This means the world to us, honestly!’

Ant then handed the pair coveted Champions trophy, before the judges joined them all on stage.

Twist and Pulse first auditioned for Britain’s Got Talent back in 2010, and ended the series as runners up to Spellbound.

For their Champions finale performance, they pulled out all the stops, channelling the best movie moments in history.

Side note: Anyone that can go from paying homage to Titanic to whacking out their best Pony routine gets our vote immediately.

The routine earned them a standing ovation from the judges, as Amanda Holden told the duo: ‘I’m proud you’re on our show, and I’m thrilled for you tonight’.

Simon added: ‘You just made 6,000 people in this arena get up on their feet, love your sense of humour, got what you’re about.

Well, they’re a lot more than that now…

Stavros Flatley – who were given Si’s golden buzzer – ended the competition in second place.

And Lagi took a second to thank the crowd – and his dad, Demetrios – for everything.

‘[I feel] unbelievable,’ he told viewers. ‘I just want to say thank you for everything over the last 10 years, and thank you, dad, for everything you’ve done for me.

‘Thank you so much.’

Twist and Pulse perform on the final of Britain's Got Talent: The Champions
Twist and Pulse are the champion of champions (Picture: ITV)

The Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions finale was a proud moment all round for Britain, with the winner and runner-ups both being home-grown acts.

But it was Twist and Pulse who were declared champion of champions, just pipping Stavros Flatley.

From Alesha Dixon’s Golden Buzzer to taking home the gold, just when did they first appear on the show – and did they win it then?

Here’s what you need to know…

Who are Twist and Pulse?

Twist and Pulse are a dance duo who first appeared on Britain’s Got Talent in 2010.

We don’t know which one is Twist and who claims to be Pulse, but the talented twosome’s real names are Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy.

Both were born and raised in London – Ashley born in Sidcup and Glen born at Guy’s Hospital.

The pair met and made friends in their secondary school days.

Twist and Pulse on Britain's Got Talent: The Champions
Twist and Pulse have been dancing together for nine years (Picture: Rex Shutterstock)

Ashley, 28, and Glen, 29, both ended up studying for a BTEC National Diploma in dance, ballet, tap dance and jazz dance at the BRIT School of Performing Arts and Technology.

After realising their skill-sets and senses of humour were similar, the duo’s first act together was called Cheeky Boiz, where they created online ‘streetomedy’ (street/comedy) videos.

What year were Twist and Pulse on BGT?

Their online presence led them to audition for Britain’s Got Talent in 2010 and the rest is history.

During their auditions,  Ant and Dec said: ‘With their bright outfits and body popping moves, they reminded us of ourselves back in our PJ & Duncan days with one small difference, they could actually dance, and we couldn’t.’

They made it all the way to the final, finishing second to Spellbound.

What did they get up to after Britain’s Got Talent?

Following their first attempt at a BGT win, Twist and Pulse popped up on TV shows including Magic Numbers, where they did a dance made up from the music of massive blockbusters.

Other TV appearances included Celebrity Juice, CBBC’s The Slammer, ITV’s Tenable and BBC One’s Let’s Dance for Comic Relief with Lee Nelson.

In 2013, they were watched by over 400 million people, performing the world’s biggest street dance show on CCTV news.

During the 2012 Olympics, they presented and performed at every date of the 70-day Olympic Torch Relay Tour.

The road to BGT: The Champions

In their return performance to Britain’s Got Talent, the duo got Alesha Dixon’s Golden Buzzer, sending them straight through to the final

When she gave them the buzzer, Alesha said: ‘It’s so refreshing to see you back on the stage. You’re like straight out of a computer game, I could just watch you forever. Love it.’

After being crowned champions, Glen said, ‘I am absolutely speechless.’

Ashley added: ‘Things like this don’t happen to me and my best friend Glen… this means the world to us, honestly.’

Did the right act win the show? (Picture: ITV)

Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions crowned Twist And Pulse the winner in a spectacular final, but not everyone was entirely on board with the decision.

The dancing duo – made up of best friends Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy – managed to win over some stiff competition in the likes of Stavros Flatley and sand artist Kseniya Simonova.

They weren’t the only highlights either, with Alexa Lauenburger and her dancing dogs proving a highlight, while Bello and Annaliese Nock provided another masterclass daredevil routine.

Unlike the traditional Britain’s Got Talent show, the winner was decided by votes from superfans in the audience, instead of the viewing public.

As Twist And Pulse were announced as the winner, some viewers weren’t exactly supporting the superfans in their decision.

There were some happy citizens though.

Speaking on the show after their win, Glen said: ‘I am absolutely speechless, I can’t thank you guys enough. I’m holding back everything right now!’

Ashley said: ‘Literally feel amazing. I’ve said it before, things like this don’t happen to me and my best friend Glen, so we’d just like to say thank you so much!

‘This means the world to us, honestly.’

The case of Michelle Carter and Edmund Kemper is examined in a new two-part documentary on Sky Crime (Picture: Sky)
New channel Sky Crime is airing I Love You, Now Die – the two-part documentary series which follows the case of the death of Conrad Roy and the involvement of his girlfriend Michelle Carter.

Conrad ended his life in 2014 when he was 18 years old.

His then-girlfriend, Michelle Carter, who was 17 at the time, encouraged him to do so via text and was later charged with manslaughter.

Warning: This article contains graphic references to suicide.

What happened to Michelle Carter?

In February 2019, Michelle was found responsible for Roy’s death and convicted of involuntary manslaughter.

The documentary takes an in-depth look at the controversial case (Picture: Sky)

At the time, a judge wrote: ‘After she convinced him to get back into the carbon monoxide filled truck, she did absolutely nothing to help him: she did not call for help or tell him to get out of the truck as she listened to him choke and die.’

Michelle, who was by then 22, was sentenced to 15 months in jail.

On the day Roy died she told him: ‘You keep pushing it off and say you’ll do it but u never do. It’s always gonna be that way if u don’t take action.

‘I thought you wanted to do this. The time is right and you’re ready – just do it babe.’

‘You’re finally going to be happy in heaven. No more pain. It’s okay to be scared and it’s normal. I mean, you’re about to die,’ she wrote in another text.

In September of this year, Michelle appeared in court in Massachusetts to ask for early release from jail.

This request was denied.

She had at the time served seven months of her 15-month sentence.

Part one of I Love You, Now Die airs on Sky Crime on 6 October 2019.

Nadine Coyle is hotly tipped to appear on I’m A Celebrity (Picture: C Brandon/Redferns)

Nadine Coyle has reportedly signed up for the new series of I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here.

The former Girls Aloud star is the latest celebrity hotly tipped to be headed into camp and show bosses are allegedly thrilled to have her on board – hoping she’ll spill all on her old bandmates, including Cheryl and Kimberley Walsh.

According to The Sun, Nadine, who recently split from her long-term partner and baby daddy Jason Bell, is hoping that a stint in the jungle will help to kickstart her career again.

A source claims: ‘Nadine is a big name and ITV was keen to get her. It’s no secret there’s no love lost between [Nadine and Cheryl] and Nadine is refreshingly honest about what went on [in Girls Aloud] from her perspective.

‘I’m A Celebrity could well be the start of something big for her again.’

Nadine has previously spoken of her relationship with her Girls Alound bandmates (Cheryl, Kimberley, Nicola Roberts and Sarah Harding} and previously claimed there was ‘no friendship’ between the girls.

Although, Kimberley had hit back at that, insisting Nadine’s claims ‘simply were not true’.

Girls Aloud was formed on talent show Popstars: The Rivals back in 2002 and they split just over a decade later, with Kimberely claiming back in July that the band won’t be having a reunion at all.

Nadine, meanwhile, is set to join the likes of Jamie Laing, Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon and Love Island’s Maura Higgins in the jungle – if this year’s camp rumours turn out to be true.

Metro.co..uk has reached out to reps for Nadine and ITV.

I’m A Celebrity is expected to return next month and will see Ant McPartlin back presenting alongside Declan Donnelly, after the TV presenter took a break away from the show last year.

Ant had taken an extended break from TV, following a stint in rehab and a drink drive conviction in 2018, and was replaced by Holly Willoughby.

Twist and Pulse are your BGT The Champions champions (Picture: ITV)

We have our Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions winner.

Making up for Paul Potts’ shock exit and no Susan Boyle, Britain claimed both gold and silver in last night’s final.

Keep reading to find out who took home the gold and glory…

Who won BGT: Champions?

Dance duo Twist and Pulse won BGT: the Champions last night.

They pipped Stavros Flatley to the post, with the father-son comedy/dance act (who are not breaking up, they’ll have you know) coming in second.

After Ant and Dec crowned them the champs, Twist and Pulse’s Ashley Glazebrook said: ‘Things like this don’t happen to me and my best friend Glen… this means the world to us.’

If they’re considered something of a surprise winner, even the judges agreed.

After their performance, Simon Cowell called them ‘the underdogs of the competition’ – and they proved every underdog has its day.

Where did everyone else come on the BGT: Champions final?

The way the show was structured, only the top three acts were announced.

From there, Ant and Dec revealed which two acts had the most public votes and eventually who the winners were.

When it came time to announce the three acts with the most votes, even the judges couldn’t guess correctly.

Waiting to hear who was through, Simon whispered to Amanda Holden, David Walliams and Alesha Dixon, ‘I think it’s the dogs’ referring to German Das Supertalent’s Alexa Lauenburger.

Who were the top three on Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions?

First announced through was Ukraine’s Got Talent winner Kseniya Simonova, who received the show’s first golden buzzer.

Following her was Twist and Pulse and finally Stavros Flatley.

Ant and Dec then revealed that Kseniya would be finishing third, leaving the two British acts in the final two.

As the final two waited to hear who won, it was clear there wasn’t a frontrunner.

After Stavros Flatley performed last night, Amanda told them, ‘You just make us feel good’ which Simon repeated and added: ‘Right now in this country we just want to feel good.’

Twist and Pulse were called an ‘11’ out of 10 from David Walliams and Simon commended them for having all ‘6000 people [at Wembley Arena] on their feet’.

Captivating two-part documentary from acclaimed director Liz Garbus that looks at the trial of Nick Hillary for the 2011 murder of 12-year-old Garrett Phillips, a case that raised questions of racial bias in a small-town community.
Inside the unsolved murder of Garrett Phillips (Picture: Sky Crime)

Garrett Phillips was just 12-years-old when he was brutally murdered back in 2012.

However, despite the cause of his death being identified as both suffocation and strangulation, the murderer is still unknown to this day.

Almost eight whole years after the sixth-grader was killed, on October 24, 2011, his mother Tandy Cyrus is still seeking justice for what happened to her boy.

And now, Sky Crime is launching the new documentary Who Killed Garrett Phillips? in an attempt to shed more light on the devastating case.

The two-part series will focus on the trail of suspect Oral ‘Nick’ Hillary, who has since been proven innocent.

He was one of the few black men living in the small New York town, Potsdam, and almost immediately all fingers pointed at him.

Police grew suspicious of the the university football coach after finding out he had previously dated Tandy before splitting with her because he didn’t get on with her children.

This led to the father losing his job as well as being humiliated by his neighbours for five whole years before he was found not guilty back in 2016.

When he first met Tandy, the grieving mother was dating John Jones.

On the evening Garrett went missing, the youngster was spotted skateboarding at his school before making his way home.

Marissa Vogel and Sean Hall who were neighbours of the family said they heard a crash and a moan for help – which they’re convinced was said by a child.

They went onto phone the police at 5.08pm, who then arrived at Garret’s home shortly after.

When they were unable to get into the apartment, they called a locksmith who let them in, where they found Garret before rushing him to hospital.

Just hours later, at 7:18pm, the schoolboy was pronounced dead.

While Tandy is convinced that Hillary committed the heinous crime, there is another suspect in the form of her other ex-partner John Jones.

It’s said she filed a formal complaint against her man back in January 23, 2011 – nine months before Garrett’s death.

However, it was Hillary that was indicted for murder in the second degree, seeing him spend 70 days in prison before he was released on bail.

The coach’s daughter Shanna-Kay Hillary testified for her father, and said he was in their house at the time of Garrett’s murder.

Yet, the suspect was indicted for a second time before he was found innocent by Judge Felix Catena.

Who Killed Garrett Phillips? comes to Sky Crime from October 20.

You know you’re an international phenomenon when SNL mocks the living hell out of you – so congratulations Love Island, you’ve officially made it.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge led the cast for the weekly satirical look at the world, with Phoebe taking on the lip-filler loving Bella-Rosa whose dad’s a builder and mum’s a pub.

She’s soon coupling up with Finlay, a man who’s ‘just looking for the right woman to cheat on for the rest of his life’.

Look familiar….? (Picture: NBC)

(Anyone else getting Anna and Jordan kinda vibes from these two?!)

Meanwhile, Aidy Bryant appears to be channelling her inner Gemma Collins if anyone, wiping off her make-up to reveal she looks like a thumb.

‘You will watch 50 hours of this…you think you won’t but you will,’ the fake ad states – which is definitely a vibe we can get behind.

Then there’s those super awkward late night moments where the other islanders have to endure beds creaking and duvet covers doing little to hide anything.

Unfortunately for Bella-Rosa, she is soon dumped from the island…but her sorrow doesn’t last too long as she discovers she’s now got 1.2million Instagram followers.

‘Well I don’t have to be a stupid paediatric nurse anymore do I?! Kerching!,’ she praises.

The accuracy is a little scary.

Fleabag star Phoebe made her hosting debut on SNL and had Taylor Swift as her musical guest, ensuring it was a girl power kind of evening.

Saturday Night Live airs on NBC in the US, and is available internationally on YouTube.

Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions crowned its winner on Saturday night, with dance duo Twist And Pulse being named ultimate champions.

The pair won the series ahead of fellow dance duo Stavros Flatley, in a final which also saw acts from the US, Ukraine, Canada and Germany competing for the title.

The show’s proven popular with fans with its mix of acts from the global Got Talent franchise combined with the return of some BGT favourites to the stage.

But will it be returning for a second series? Here’s what you need to know…

Will there be a second series of Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions?

ITV has yet to confirm whether Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions will be back for a second series.

However the format has clearly proven popular – as its US counterpart America’s Got Talent: The Champions will be returning for a second series in the US in 2020.

britain's got talent judges david walliams, alesha dixon, simon cowell and amanda holden
There’s no shortage of former acts for the judges to preside over in a second series (Picture: ITV)

That series will feature BGT stalwarts Simon Cowell and Alesha Dixon on the panel, alongside Heidi Klum and Howie Mandel.

On that basis it’s fair to assume that BGT: The Champions could also be back for more next year – and there’s certainly no shortage of acts who could take to the stage once more.

Metro.co.uk has contacted ITV for comment.

How was the winner of Britain’s Got Talent: The Champions chosen?

Winning duo Twist and Pulse were chosen as winners by a group of ‘superfans’ who were present at the Wembley Arena final.

The pair – made up of best friends Ashley Glazebrook and Glen Murphy – originally finished as runners-up in the 2010 series behind gymnastics troupe Spellbound, but took the trophy this time after winning Alesha Dixon’s Golden Buzzer and wowing the audience with their blend of dance and comedy.

Glen told the crowd: ‘I’m absolutely speechless, I can’t thank you guys enough,’ while Ashley added: ‘Yeah, literally feel amazing. I’ve said it before, things like this don’t happen to me and my best friend Glenn, so we’d just like to say thank you so much! ‘This means the world to us, honestly!’
