The Apprentice hopeful Kenna Ngoma was the second candidate to be fired by Lord Alan Sugar in this year’s series.
Just 14 contestants remain now that the 24-year-old entrepreneur was booted out of the competition to win the business mogul’s eye-watering £250,000 investment.
Kenna, an Ice Cream Company owner, fell short after failing to lead the boys to victory in an ice cream related task. Yep, Jesus wept.
Project manager Kenna brought back his fellow team members Dean Ahmad and Ryan-Mark Parsons back to face Lord Sugar, Claude Littner and Karren Brady, but it was his head that was on the chopping block.
As he made his final decision, Lord Sugar said: ‘Dean I’m sorry my friend but it is unforgivable that you’ve lost the potential of £300 worth of profit for this task. Unforgivable.
‘But you know what, I wonder whether it wasn’t you that screwed it up.
Kenna reckons Dean should’ve been sent packing (Picture: BBC)
‘Kenna, he [Dean] came back with a potential order for £400 and you as the manager should have gone, “Bingo, I’m going to make sure we produce this bespoke product” and you didn’t.’
‘And for that reason Kenna, you’re fired.’
Speaking exclusively to Metro.co.uk, Kenna told us that he thought Lord Sugar’s ruling was incorrect.
‘I think Dean should have gone,’ he said. ‘From my point of view, all he had to do was make sure what the costs were.
‘We made exactly what he said we should make and then it was for him to shake hands or finalise a pre-agreed deal.
‘The fact that he got nothing is absolutely criminal.’
Luckily though, Kenna and Dean are on good terms and there is no bad blood between them.
‘We got on outside of recording,’ he added. ‘It wasn’t anything personal. It was nothing malicious against him, he just had to go.’
The Apprentice continues Wednesday at 9pm on BBC One.

I’m A Celebrity Extra Camp has undergone a revamp ahead of the new series.
The sister show of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here! will air alongside the new series later in the year, but former presenters Scarlett Moffat and Joe Swash have been replaced by last year’s campmate, actress Emily Atack, and former Emmerdale star Adam Thomas who finished third in 2016.
They will both join returning presenter, comedian Joel Dommett, who came second to Scarlett in the 2016 series. Joel and Emily hosted dating series Singletown earlier this year.

Emily said: ‘I’m thrilled that I get to make more amazing memories in a place that means so much to me. I’ve loved working with Joel on Singletown, we’re like brother and sister, and Adam has got such amazing energy. The three of us are going to have the best time ever!’
And Adam can’t wait to return to the jungle three years on from his time in camp.

No doubt Scarlett will be cheering Emily on (Picture: Instagram)
He said: ‘I can’t believe that I’m heading back to the Jungle, this is something I never saw coming my way!
‘I’m so excited to be reunited with my campmate Joel and to also work alongside Emily. We’re going to have so much fun…just keep me away from those spiders!’
Joel added: ‘So excited to be heading back to the Jungle this year – this time with a new bunch of amigos.
‘I can’t wait to show Emily around and keep reminding Adam that I beat him in 2016. It’s such a huge privilege to do this show and I truly love it. I can’t wait to find out who we are watching!’

Stormzy is reportedly in talks for Celebrity Come Dine With Me (Picture: Getty Images)
Stormzy is said to be in talks for a celebrity version of Come Dine With Me that is set to air at Christmas.
The rapper is a big fan of the show, and Channel 4 is keen on getting him to show off his skills in the kitchen for real.
But being one of the hottest artists around right now means he might not be able to find the time to film an episode.
A source told The Sun: ‘Everyone’s really keen to sign big names for the show’s comeback – and as a fan, it’d be amazing to get Stormzy. No-one knows if he’ll actually have the time to film it, though.’
The Big For Your Boots singer has said in the past that he would be bothered about winning, he would just be happy to a part of the show.
He said on Capital Breakfast: ‘When I watch it – do you know what? I can’t lie. I’m a proper fan, like, I love my food. So I’ll watch Come Dine with Me and just proper think, “Ah, I’d just love to, like, be there eating the food.”
Stormzy loves getting in the kitchen (Picture: Instagram)
‘I wouldn’t mind losing. I’d just do the three other meals and then when people come to me it’s like, “guys, listen, I can’t lie, I’m just here for the meals you lot did. Let’s just order some flippin’ Deliveroo or something.”‘
We like to think Stormz would do a bit more than just grab a takeaway.
Past Celebrity Come Dine With Me contestants have included TV presenter Ulrika Jonsson, EastEnders star Laila Morse and actress Lesley Joseph.
The format of the show sees contestants go round to each other’s houses for dinner before rating each three course meal out of 10.
Channel 4 and Stormzy’s camp have been contacted for comment.

James was greeted by a naked fan on Celebrity Juice (Picture: ITV)
James Blunt was confronted with the risky challenge of crawling through a naked fan’s legs in the upcoming new series of Celebrity Juice.
The 45-year-old Your Beautiful singer was kept in the dark that his supporter would be coming out into the studio on his birthday suit, with presenter Keith Lemon simply reading out his instructions instead.
‘All you have to do is some roly-polys along here, then through one of your biggest fan’s legs and ring the bell,’ Keith told James as he pointed at the straight-forward assault course.
‘I think you can do it, do you think you can do it?’ he asked.
James replied: ‘I’m going to try my best.’
Keith then introduced the chart-topper to his fan Robbie, who came out completely starkers – except for the rucksack on his back and the aforementioned bell wrapped around, you guessed it, his schlong.
James attempted to go through Robbie’s legs (Picture: ITV)
Now that’s gotta hurt (Picture: ITV)
‘He’s your biggest fan, he’s always talking about you so this is a dream come true,’ Keith managed to say with a completely straight face.
James then attempted the challenge but instead ended tripping Robbie up.
Ouch.
Celebrity Juice has welcomed Mel B as the new team captain, with the Spice Girls singer replacing Paddy McGuinness on the ITV2 series.
‘When I first got offered it I thought Keith was playing a prank on me because I’ve known him for so long,’ Mel admitted.
‘Then I actually got the contract through and I was like, “Of course, I would love to do that show!”’
She continued: ‘It was a no brainer for me. I love the show, I’ve known Keith for a long time and he’s from Leeds so it’s like I’m with my mum, it’s great.’
Mel will be going head-to-head with returning team captain Holly Willoughby and the pair will be battling it out in a number of games with their celebrity guests.
Celebrity Juice returns Thursday at 10pm on ITV2.

Warning: Article contains spoilers for The Capture
Shaun Emery’s story is pretty much done and dusted in The Capture (Picture: BBC)
The Capture writer Ben Channan has hinted that Shaun Emery (Callum Turner) won’t be back if he made second series.
The finale of the first series saw Shaun turn himself in, and in Ben’s mind that means his story is all wrapped up.
Instead future episodes would focus on a new story for Holliday Grainger’s character DI Rachel Carey.
He told Radio Times: ‘I always wanted Shaun Emery’s story to be resolved within these six hours because I don’t like stringing people along.
‘I think people are watching partly – possibly mainly – every week to find out what happened to Shaun.
‘We want to know who’s done this to him, who really took Hannah, who faked the video, and why. And I hope we answer all those questions satisfyingly.’
He mysteriously added that ‘anything is possible’ but reiterated that there was nothing more to add to his story arc.
Shaun Emery’s tragic fate was inevitable in The Capture (Picture: BBC)
As for whether we will be getting a second series, Ben told Metro.co.uk that he couldn’t ‘confirm or deny’ anything, but talks are happening behind-the-scenes.
Channan went on to explain to us why Shaun’s fate was sealed from the get-go, but Rachel’s was a little more complicated.
‘I knew that’s how I was going to end it for Shaun,’ he said.
‘It had to be a sad ending. But there is a ray of hope – his ex is now talking to him, showing him pictures of her with the kid.
‘Shaun doesn’t care about other people; he cares about what his daughter thinks and his closest friends and relatives. He doesn’t want his daughter thinking he’s a murderer and he kidnapped her; Karen is going to make sure of that. So he gets that.
‘I knew the system had to win. Shaun and Carey can’t bring the system down – the system always wins.’
The Capture is available on BBC iPlayer.

The duo will be working together again – and we can’t wait. (Picture: David Fisher/BAFTA/REX)
It’s the news all Fleabag fans have been waiting for – TV’s hottest priest Andrew Scott has revealed he’s teaming up with fellow star Phoebe Waller-Bridge once again.
The man who became an unlikely sex god overnight told ES Magazine the exciting news as well as discussing his role in Fleabag, how he found acting and his love-hate relationship with Ireland and Catholicism.
The star didn’t give too much away about when he and Phoebe will be reuniting but he did reveal they have ‘exciting plans’.
He said: ‘We have plans to work together. She’s a total delight. I love her. We’ve got exciting plans afoot.’
Andrew, who rose to fame playing villain Moriarty opposite Benedict Cumberbatch’s detective in Sherlock, said not only does he feel proud of Fleabag but America’s response to the series has been ‘incredible’.
He added: ‘It wasn’t just a storyline for shock value.
‘To see a priest who is a human being is important. To fall in love with somebody but to be married to the church — that’s a really interesting dilemma. I think more people of our generation would enter the church if they could have a love as well as a spiritual life.’
A Fleabag reunion is incoming (Picture: BBC/Getty)
On America’s response to Fleabag he said: ‘It was absolutely incredible, completely joyful. This is a six-part BBC3 show and you’re there with these monsters of American television. Phoebe said to me, “You’ve got to come to America because you see how much they really responded to the show.” And they really have. It was brilliant.’
Not only was the show a hit in American, but Fleabag also completely wiped the floor at this year’s 71st Primetime Emmys, picking up four gongs at the ceremony.
The hit BBC series took home the accolade for Best Comedy Series, with Phoebe winning Lead Actress in a Comedy Series and Outstanding Writing for a Comedy Series, and Harry Bradbeer being named Outstanding Director for a Comedy series.

Despite the exciting news of a reunion, Fleabag fans may have to wait for the next series as Phoebe admitted that she has no plans of reprising the role before she turns 50.
Although Andrew has revealed that he’ll gladly come back to the show, no matter how long the wait is.
Speaking to Digital Spy about the thought of rejoining the show in over a decade, the 42-year-old actor joked: ‘Oh, I’ll probably be dead.’
However, he continued: ‘But if I’m still alive, yeah. Listen, I’ll be there, whatever she wants me to do.
‘I love the fact that that story was completely self-contained and beautiful,
‘I think sometimes when something is a success, you just want to elongate it for the wrong reasons.’
Fleabag is available to stream on BBC iPlayer.

Sonequa Martin-Green has got us all hyped up ahead of Discovery season three (Picture: CBS)
Star Trek: Discovery star Sonequa Martin-Green teased out a few details about what to expect in Season three in an interview with Trek Movie, and trekkers there has been plenty of singing and dancing.
On how her character Michael Burnham has changed this season the actor was a little coy about going into too much detail but is ‘very excited’.
‘I wish I could tell you,’ she said. ‘I’m very excited to share it, because there has been deep deep deep change. As we see in the trailer that we just released, there’s been a year, and there’s been an inevitable maturation in that year.
The 34-year-old actor said the change is very ‘linked to the future we’re in’, which will present ‘an entirely brand-new tapestry of conflict.’
She was also full of praise for the way the show writers have embraced change as ‘a sort of cornerstone’ for her role as Michael and ramped up ‘that question of identity … to the nth degree’.
Like us, Sonequa will be missing Pike too this season (Picture: CBS)
On the question of who we’d be seeing Michael interacting with on the new season, Sonequa said she will miss Pike, Tyler and Lorca who we lose in this jump to the future but ‘this cast is stellar’.
‘That was one of the things I was most excited about when I found out we were going to be jumping to the future,’ she said. ‘As much as we will forever miss the people that have come before, and we will never forget them, and did not want them to leave. the fact is that we have to find who we are together in this new future that can’t help but bind us together.
‘And so that in itself creates a lot of opportunity for us to play off of each other and with each other as we discover the new world.’
She revealed that we should be getting a bunch Burnham and Saru scenes and Tilly and Stamets will also spend a lot of time together. Plus David Ajala, who is brand new to the cast is getting a lot of love. But she said ‘you will be seeing a lot of people interacting with each other that you haven’t seen much of before.’
Sonequa said she has a list of favourite Michael scenes but they are a heady mix of conversation and action, ‘so it’s hard to pinpoint’.
But she did say that moments when the cast all comes together such as ‘bridge days’ are probably her favourite type of scene if she had to narrow it down.
Sonequa said that while the singing and dancing ‘never stops’ as to whether there will be any big songs this season she could only respond: ‘we’ll see’.

Riverdale is going back to its roots for its fourth season on Netflix (Picture: The CW)
With Riverdale season four about to bring more high-camp, film noir-inspired drama to Netflix, KJ Apa, who plays lead character Archie Andrews, has been speaking of his excitement at the new episodes.
Hot on the heels of its US premiere, Riverdale will return to our screens in the UK for a season that Apa says will hark back to some of the original themes of the show.
Series three ended with Archie, Betty Cooper (Lili Reinhart), Jughead Jones (Cole Sprouse) and Veronica Lodge (Camila Mendes) looking ahead to senior year.
Want to know when you can catch the show and what to expect? Here’s everything you need to know…
What time is Riverdale episode one released on Netflix in the UK?
Riverdale is released on Thursday, October 10 in the UK, with the first episode available from around 8am.
How many episodes of Riverdale series four are there?
As was the case for the previous two seasons, fans have 22 episodes to look forward to this time around.
There have been 57 episodes of the hit series so far.
What will happen in Riverdale series four?
The opening episodes of series four are likely to provide closure around the character of Fred Andrews, who was played by Luke Perry until the actor’s death earlier this year.
Apa has also expanded upon some of the storylines coming up in the unpredictable drama over the next few months.
The 27-year-old New Zealand actor said at Comic-Con: ‘I’m personally excited about us going back to the theme of season one this time. It’s gonna be pretty nice to be able to work with each other a lot more, spend a lot more time in high school and embrace those high school things that some of us didn’t really get to experience in our own lives.
‘I didn’t get to attend my last year of high school for senior year. I’m really excited to go to things like prom, play some football, hang out with my mates and just be a teenager. There’s going to be a lot of football, which is fun.’
Riverdale season 4 is on Netflix in the UK from 8am on Thursday, October 10.
Louis Walsh has no hard feelings towards his longtime rival Cheryl, whom he has sympathised with in light of her ‘tough time’.
The X Factor: Celebrity judge has been embroiled in a feud with the former Girls Aloud singer for years, stemming from when he briefly managed the popular girl group between 2002 and 2004.
But it seems tensions may have finally simmered – at least on one side – as Louis spoke highly of the Fight For This Love singer.
Speaking to Richard Arnold for Good Morning Britain at the X Factor: Celebrity launch on Wednesday, Louis claimed: ‘I love Cheryl, I think she’s in a really good place.’
He added: ‘I love her now more than I used to. She’s a good person and she’s had a tough time. Now she’s got a baby and I only wish her well.’
Perhaps the ‘tough time’ Louis is referring to is Cheryl’s split from boyfriend Liam Payne last year. The couple dated for two years and share two-year-old son Bear, although they are thought to be parenting amicably.
The X Factor judge joked about the possibility of having Cheryl compete in the new celebrity version of the ITV series: ‘You mean as a contestant? She would be good. She could even win it.
‘Cheryl doesn’t mime. It’s called lip-syncing.’
Elsewhere in his chat with Richard, Louis made a cheeky quip about Sharon Osbourne’s cosmetic surgery.
While discussing Sharon’s absence from the X Factor: Celebrity judging panel, Louis joked: ‘I would have loved Sharon Osbourne but she’s getting a new face. It’s supposed to be the best one yet.’
He added: ‘Don’t go to Simon’s [surgeon], go to Sharon’s.’
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.

Blu wants to use the show as a platform (Picture: BBC)
Blu Hydrangea is repping Northern Ireland on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK as the only queen from the region on season one.
But as well as serving looks with a charming accent, Blu wants to bring attention to issues in her hometown while on the show.
The 23-year-old, who is from Belfast, wants to raise awareness of the lack of equal rights for LGBTQ+ people in Northern Ireland – with same-sex marriage not legally recognised there, despite being legal in England, Scotland, Wales and the Republic of Ireland.
Speaking to Metro.co.uk, Blu said: ‘There’s a lot going on in Ireland at the minute, so it’s nice to have that platform to bring the conversation and open it up in the UK.
Blu is from Belfast (Picture: BBC)
‘Like, we’re still over here in black and white while you’re living your lives in colour.’
Blu previously opened up about wanting to get married in her VT for Drag Race UK, saying: ‘My partner and I have been together for four and a half years. I would love to marry him but it’s not even legal. We don’t even want to get engaged yet until it’s legal and then we can do our thing.
‘So hopefully, I’ll inspire people and hopefully , one day we’ll be able to get married in our own country.’
Blu had a strong start on Drag Race UK Picture: BBC)
While she wants to use Drag Race as a platform, Blu is also feeling the pressure: ‘Especially when you find out you’re the only queen from a whole island! The other queens are like, I’m repping for Leeds! I’m repping for the whole of Ireland.’
Blu, who describes herself as ‘queen of the makeup brush’, had a strong star on RuPaul’s Drag Race UK with her Belfast-inspired runway look, which saw her strapping the Harland and Wolff cranes to her back.
She said: ‘I’m representing Belfast. The Harland and Wolff cranes helped build the Titanic and also my dad and my grandad worked on them.’
But that was overshadowed by her Queen Elizabeth realness look, which saw Blu dressed as a pound coin.
RuPaul’s Drag Race continues on Thursday nights at 8pm on BBC Three.

Ardal O’Hanlon has quit Death In Paradise (Picture: BBC)
Ardal O’Hanlon has quit Death In Paradise after three years.
The actor has stepped down from his role as D.I. Jack Mooney to ‘explore other opportunities’ somewhere a bit less hot.
The BBC is keeping his exit storyline under wraps, but his final scenes will air during series nine which airs in early 2020.
Ardal said: ‘I’ve spent the last four summers in Guadeloupe playing DI Jack Mooney (solving over 20 murder cases in my time there!) It’s been a hugely rewarding and unforgettable experience, working with incredibly talented actors, directors and crew while discovering a magical part of the world.
‘However, it’s time to move on and explore other opportunities – preferably nearer the Arctic Circle. I’m confident that Death in Paradise will go from strength to strength and viewers will share my enthusiasm for Jack’s successor!’
But be prepared to get hit right in the feels, as executive producer Tim Key hinted: ‘I don’t think there will be a dry eye in the house.’
Ardal played D.I. Jack Mooney (Picture: BBC)
Jack became part of the show when the Carribbean police team investigated a lead in London, taking the detective back to the fictional island of Saint Marie to solve murder mysteries on the sunny shores of Guadeloupe.
Death In Paradise remains one of the BBC’s most popular shows, with season eight drawing in an average of over seven millions viewers.
He is the latest star to depart the crime drama after Danny John-Jules (Dwayne) and Josephine Jobert (Florence).
Danny was replaced by Shyko Amos, who plays new police officer Ruby Patterson.
While the show’s sunny location suggests that it’s all plain sailing on set – that’s not always the case, as Shyko recently tore her calf muscle and was left on crutches.
Death In Paradise returns to BBC in 2020.

Fred Andrews was killed off in the season 4 premiere (Picture: The CW)
Riverdale paid tribute to Luke Perry in an emotional episode where his character Fred Andrews was killed off, following the actor’s death.
In the season four premiere titled In Memoriam, Riverdale opened the episode with Fred’s son Archie (KJ Apa) receiving a phone call from police inside Pop’s Diner, before he drops his phone and falls to his knees.
Back in his home, FP Jones (Skeet Ulrich) tells Archie and his mother how Fred Andrews (Luke Perry) was travelling back to Riverdale.
He tells them how Fred decided to stop and help a motorist on the side of the road, only for him to be killed in a hit and run while assisting the stranger.
While Archie is initially determined to find his father’s killer, he was talked down by FP. Instead the episode saw characters reminisce about Fred’s influence on their early years, before Archie goes to the site of the hit and run where they find his dad’s truck.
At the site they also find the woman who Fred had assisted on the side of the road, played by Luke’s former Beverly Hills 90210 co-star Shannen Doherty, who had arrived to place flowers. She revealed how Fred had saved her life by pushing her out of the way of the incoming car.

A funeral for Fred takes place later in the episode, seeing characters Archie, Jughead (Cole Sprouse), Kevin (Casey Cott), and more carry his casket, while a moving rendition of Amazing Grace plays out.
A number of characters, including Betty (Lili Reinhart), place roses on the casket in the emotional scene, as the camera cuts back to a photo of Luke’s character sitting on top.

The show was forced to write out Luke Perry’s character after the actor died aged 52 in March this year from a stroke.
A number of the Riverdale cast posted messages on social media to commemorate Luke, with Lili Reinhart writing: ‘Tonight’s episode, and all episodes for the rest of our run, are for Luke.
‘We love, honor, and cherish his memory every single day. I only wish he were here to see how many lives he touched with happiness and laughter. I know he’s watching from above. We love you, Luke.’
Madelaine Petsch, who plays Cheryl in the show, wrote: ‘He was always so generous and supportive and patient with my learning and growing through some of the most formative years of my life.
‘I am so lucky to have known you Luke. You were one of a kind and impacted everyone’s lives in such a meaningful way.’
Show creator Roberto Aguirre Sacasa wrote: ‘Tonight Season 4 of #Riverdale premieres. With an episode that honors our friend Luke.
‘It’s an episode bursting with sadness, but even more so with love. I’m humbled by the outstanding work everyone did on it. I hope you like it, Luke. We miss you every day.’
Riverdale airs Wednesdays in the US on channel The CW, and releases on Netflix Thursdays in the UK.
But WAGs Chantelle Hesky and Kerry Whelpdale are conflicted over whether Coleen was in the wrong.
Criticising Coleen for making the issue public, Kerry said on Good Morning Britain: ‘It’s a real shame Coleen couldn’t just pick up the phone and speak to her.
‘No one should sell a story on anyone, I think that is unacceptable and I’m not saying that. I’m saying it shouldn’t have been dealt with this way.
‘Coleen could have gone down the route where she got a private investigator… I think she’s going to be in the public eye so much more, they’re both going to get trolling.’
Chanetelle has been married to Emile since 2014 (Picture: Getty Images)
She added: ‘Rebekah’s had horrendous things sent to her.
‘It’s a form of bullying in a way and I think it’s unacceptable. I do not agree with anyone selling stories on anyone but I just think there’s a better way to deal with it.’
Hours after the drama unfolded, Rebekah, who is currently pregnant, shared a horrible message from an Instagram troll wishing harm on her unborn child.
Kerry, who is married to footballer Chris Whelpdale, continued: ‘She’s gone to up here from her bringing that out so her private life is completely destroyed from this and is going to bring up all stuff from the past as well.’
However, Chantelle felt Coleen was right to address the situation publicly and drew on her own experience from close friends selling stories about her.
Chantelle recalls how someone in her inner circle leaked stories about her relationship with husband Emile Heskey when they were in the early stages of dating.
‘It’s a small circle of friends you’ve got as it is, and it’s someone you thought you’d trust, it must be hard,’ Chantelle weighed in.
‘Maybe because Coleen’s so quiet and private usually, maybe enough is enough.
‘I think she’s done her [Rebekah] a favour so now she can see where she’s compromised.
Rebekah suggests her account was hacked (Picture: ITV/REX)
‘WAGs are supposed to stick together.’
But Kerry said Coleen should have considered her young children and what they may come across on social media.
‘I just think I don’t want my children growing up – they’re not on social media yet – but I don’t want them thinking that’s the right way to go about handling situations.
‘I would rather them talk to somebody [privately]. I just think they could have done it a lot better,’ she said.
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.

Beware of Slenderman explores the 2014 Slender Man stabbing (Picture: Sky: Rex)
Morgan Geyser and Anissa Weier were both 12-years-old when they attempted to murder their friend to appease the fictional character the Slender Man.
Described as a man with a featureless white face and head, the Slender Man aka the modern-day boogie man, was created on an online fourm and is often seen hiding in woodlands or stalking children.
After reading up about the creepy entity, Wisconsin schoolgirls Geyser and Weier planned and attacked their fellow classmate Payton Leutner in 2014 by stabbing her 19 times.
Sky Crime documentary Beware The Slenderman delves deep into the incident and contains interviews with the families of the would-be murderers.
The one-off film directed by Irene Taylor Bordsky was first released three years ago and was shot over 18 months – let’s take a look back at what happened in the bizarre case.
On May 31, 2014, Geyser and Weier lured their friend Payton, who also goes by the name Bella, into a nearby woods and stabbed her in the legs, torso and arms with a kitchen knife.
They then told their victim they would get help for her but instead, they walked away, with Payton dragging herself to a nearby road where she was found by a cyclist.
Luckily, Payton survived and was in the hospital for seven days following the horrific ordeal and later returned to school.
Meanwhile, the two attackers were found near Interstate 94 shortly after the incident along with the knife they used and were taken in for questioning, where they revealed they were influenced by the Slender Man.
‘He can be anywhere between 6ft to 14ft tall. He doesn’t have a face. His skin is white,’ Weier said in her interview with police.
‘He has these proxies or servants as people would call them,’ she added. ‘And Morgan said, “Hey Anissa, we should be proxies.”
‘I was like, “Okay, how would we do that?” And she said, “We have to kill Bella”.’

Weier added: ‘We had to supposedly prove ourselves worthy to Slender.’
In 2017, Weier pleaded guilty to being party to attempted to second-degree homicide, however, a jury found her ‘not guilty by mental disease or defect.’
She was sentenced to 25 years to life, with at least three years locked in confinement and involuntary treatment in a state psychiatric hospital, followed by communal supervision until the age of 37.
Geyser on the other hand, was awarded 40 years, with the same conditions. She will remain in involuntary treatment until the age of 53.
Last year, Weier was sentenced to 40 years under the mental health facility’s supervision.
Meanwhile, Geyser will periodically have the chance to petition for her release from a mental health facility in the future but will remain under institutional care for the duration of the sentence.
The case of the Slender Man stabbing raised many questions, including whether or not the attackers should be tried as children or adults and the influence of media on children.
Beware The Slenderman is available to stream on Sky Atlantic and NOW TV.

The grand trio of Richard Hammond, Jeremy Clarkson and James May (Picture: Amazon Prime)
The Grand Tour star Jeremy Clarkson has revealed that he has been spending most of his time in the improbable setting of a farm, teasing fans who are desperate for news about The Grand Tour season four.
Clarkson is set to return alongside long standing fellow presenters James May and Richard Hammond for a new season of the globetrotting motoring show later this year.
The popular presenter has been more interested in promoting his solo show recently, lamenting his lack of qualifications for his agricultural role.
There has been the odd snippet about the next season of The Grand Tour, though. Want to know more? Here’s what the producer behind the wheel has revealed so far…
How many episodes does The Grand Tour season 4 have?
Executive producer Andy Wilman says he has created just two episodes of The Grand Tour series four for Amazon Prime, which he expects to be screened at Christmas and in the Spring.
A new format means that each episode in the double bill will be longer than viewers are used to, and the decision to create two lengthier shows rather than several episodes is causing dismay among some fans.
Wilman added that Amazon had cut one of his edits by around half an hour, from two-and-a-quarter hours to one-and-three-quarter hours.
Earlier this year, Amazon said it was ‘proud’ that Prime Video would continue to be the home of Clarkson, May and Hammond ‘for years to come’.
Amazon added: ‘Season four will see the guys ditch the tent to take on big adventure road trips that we know Prime members love.’
The Grand Tour season 4 is expected to land on Amazon Prime Video later this year.
The Apprentice clears up a 15-year long mystery (Picture: BBC)
The Apprentice has finally cleared up one of its greatest mysteries over the course of the past 15 series – where do all the profits from the tasks go after the show is over?
While last night’s ice lolly disaster coughed up a pitiful amount of dosh, the takings from the boys’ penis Popsicle will be going to charity.
So, this year’s candidates may be as entrepreneurial as monkey with a type writer, but at least their hard work is going to a good cause.
‘Any profit made from the sale of products created in the programme is given to charity,’ a spokesperson confirmed to Radio Times.
Last night’s episode saw Kenna Ngoma become the second casualty of the boardroom after, despite planning to start up his own ice cream company, he had a meltdown trying to shift ‘gourmet’ ice lollies which were barely a step up from your classic 20p Mini Milk.
Naturally, Kenna thinks Lord Sugar made the wrong call.
‘I think Dean should have gone,’ he told Metro.co.uk. ‘From my point of view, all he had to do was make sure what the costs were.
This NSFW lolly was all for charity (Picture: BBC)
‘We made exactly what he said we should make and then it was for him to shake hands or finalise a pre-agreed deal.
‘The fact that he got nothing is absolutely criminal.’
The Apprentice continues Wednesdays at 9pm on BBC One.

Does the arrival of a satellite have wider implications for the show moving forward? (Picture: AMC)
The Walking Dead season 10 opened with a satellite crashing down from space, which could hold huge significance for the show’s universe moving forward.
In season 10 premiere Lines We Cross, a USSR satellite hurtled towards the survivors homestead in the US, sparking fires as Michonne (Danai Gurira) and the gang attempt to calm the blaze amid a walker attack.
While Eugene’s (Josh McDermitt) desire to retrieve the satellite means it will clearly have a role in season 10 events to come, it could have also opened the gateway for The Walking Dead universe to expand on a global scale.
As noted by Digital Spy, the fact a Russian satellite crashed onto US soil means they must be similarly overwhelmed by the undead virus bringing their nation to its knees – representing the first time the mainline show has acknowledged countries outside the US falling victim to the virus.
A USSR satellite crashed into The Walking Dead (Picture: AMC)
Interestingly, this isn’t the first time The Walking Dead TV universe has acknowledged this. In spin-off Fear The Walking Dead season three, Victor Strand (Colman Domingo) has a conversation with a Russian cosmonaut who is stranded in orbit in outer space after the world fell to the apocalypse.
Asked by Victor if he knows what happened in North America, the cosmonaut replies: ‘North America? You sound like an American, my friend, thinking everything happens only to him.
‘I saw the lights go out on the world three days before my scheduled re-entry. A dramatic show. I speak to you from my grave.’
While a global apocalypse has been already confirmed, the fact The Walking Dead is making that point now could indicate towards their future plans. Chief content officer on the franchise, Scott Gimple, has previously stated how they have many spin-offs planned – with one of them the recently revealed new series set 10 years into the apocalypse.
This satellite, however, could point to other shows, or the planned Rick Grimes movie trilogy, moving abroad to explore the ramifications elsewhere. It would be a smart move to keep the franchise from feeling stale, channelling something akin to Max Brooks’ novel World War Z.
Considering Rick Grimes also departed the show in season nine via helicopter, it doesn’t feel like too much of a stretch if the movies jumped into another nation. The Walking Dead Holiday special? We can only dream.
Gimple previously teased a radical departure for the Rick Grimes movies too to Entertainment Weekly, saying: ‘He’s flying off in a helicopter, away from Virginia, and it’s going to be a new world – a very new situation with its own history, and very, very different from what we’ve seen before.’
‘It actually, weirdly, started with conversations about ships and ghost ships, and like these ideas of things that are drifting around on the ocean,’ Angela said. ‘We were trying to think of, “What are the things that happen over time in a apocalypse that we haven’t explored on the show yet?
‘And so somebody brought up this idea of like, “Well satellites, like if they’re not maintained, they degrade and eventually fall out of orbit”. It even happens in our world now, but it’s not as common because they’re being maintained.’
Could Rick Grimes have been transported to another country? (Picture: AMC)
She added: ‘Thematically, we wanted to kind of talk about a war that felt like it had Cold War aspects and the Whisperers like always watching our people, and so a satellite felt like a good metaphor for that.
‘But we also just thought that was a fun and, hopefully, a strange and exciting way to start the season and, you know, the satellite has other implications for the season moving forward as well.’
So is The Walking Dead about to go global in its universe plans? The arrival of a Russian satellite may signal the starting klaxon.
The Walking Dead season 10 continues Sunday in the US, with episodes releasing Mondays on Fox in the UK.
ITV host Susanna Reid called Coleen out by saying ‘it was a bit weird’ to shame Rebekah on Instagram instead of picking up the phone.
The 33-year-old WAG has since been dubbed ‘Wagatha Christie’ after she hatched an elaborate plan to catch whoever was leaking her stories to the press.
On the ITV breakfast show, Susanna gave her opinion on the subject, saying Coleen should have called Rebekah first.
She told her co-host Ben Shephard: ‘There is also, would you do that? If I found out you were selling stories on me, from my personal Instagram stories account, I do think it’s a bit weird.
‘I think I would probably ring you and say, “Oi Ben”.’
As Kate Garraway added: ‘What would she have to gain by selling stories?’
Showbiz correspondent Richard Arnold, who camped with Rebekah in the I’m A Celebrity jungle, also waded in on the debate by saying: ‘She can be feisty, she can flex her finely manicured talons, but only when it comes to protecting her own.
‘That’s what I witnessed.’

‘For a few years now someone I trusted to follow me on my personal Instagram account has been consistently informing The Sun newspaper of my private posts and stories,’ she wrote.
‘There has been so much information given to them about me, my friends and my family – all without my permission or knowledge. After a long time of trying to figure out who it could be, for various reasons, I had a suspicion.
Colleen Rooney accused Rebekah Vardy of selling stories to the press (Twitter)
‘To try and prove this, I came up with an idea. I blocked everyone from viewing my Instagram stories except ONE account. (Those on my private account must have been wondering why I haven’t had stories on there for a while.)’
Coleen continued: ‘Over the past five months I have posted a series of false stories if they made their way into the Sun newspaper. And you know what, they did! The story about gender selection in Mexico, the story about returning to TV and then the latest story about the basement flooding in my new house.
‘It’s been tough keeping it to myself and not making any comment at all, especially when the stories have been leaked, however I had to. Now I know for certain which account/individual it’s come from.
‘I have saved and screenshotted all the original stories which clearly show just one person has viewed them. It’s…… Rebekah Vardy’s account.’

Rebekah is currently pregnant with her fifth child, her second with footballer Jamie. The WAG achieved further fame in 2017 when she appeared on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
She and Coleen became pals as their husband played alongside each other for England.

Mick Foley admits he can’t physically take him on – but would love to have the opportunity (Picture: WWE)
Mick Foley wishes he could return to battle ‘The Fiend’ Bray Wyatt.
The WWE Hall of Famer tangled with the terrifying kids TV entertainer and monster earlier this year, and Wyatt has adopted the legend’s own Mandible Claw finishing move over the last few months, making a match and longterm storyline a dream for fans, even if the 54-year-old star’s injuries over his career mean the chances of the pair actually facing off in the ring are slim.
Speaking in Los Angeles, Mick told Metro.co.uk: ‘Oh wow man. I would love to have six weeks to really create promos with him, if I could physically do it, which I cannot. But that’s what video games are for, right?’
Living legend Mick – whose runs as Mankind and Cactus Jack have heavily influenced Wyatt’s latest incarnation – hasn’t wrestled an official match since the Royal Rumble in 2012, but he admitted there is a huge sense of pride when he sees the impact his own creepy alter egos have had on Wyatt’s Fiend character.
He added: ‘Yeah, I am very proud, very happy every time I see him doing the Mandible Claw, a move I made popular. I love it, I love the fact that he’s doing it.
‘I like to think there was a young Bray Wyatt taking in the things I was doing as Mankind and Cactus Jack and turning it into his own.’
Bray fought WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins in Sunday night’s Hell In A Cell main event, although the referee stopped the bout during the Fiend’s brutal onslaught, meaning Rollins retained his title.
However, the character has caught fire with fans this year, with the masked monster providing a perfect foil to the playful but sinister alter ego seen in the Firefly Funhouse segments.
The theatrical edge has proven popular with Wyatt’s contemporaries, and his former tag team partner Matt Hardy also told us how important it is to stand out with a cinematic edge after making waves with his own Broken Universe character in the past.
He explained: ‘I think it’s just such a creative, interesting new take on the entertainment. Considering there’s three hours of Raw, two hours of NXT and two hours of SmackDown, we need variety!
‘The whole reason I created the Broken Universe was to give me longevity as I get older so that I don’t have to fall off 20ft ladders every night, and also the variety.
‘The cool thing about sports entertainment is we define what the ultimate entertainment is. Some of its sports, some of it is very high on the entertainment. I wanted to blend this is in a very unique, cinematic way.’
*Friday Night SmackDown airs every week at 1am on Sky Sports. WWE will be touring the UK next month with a huge double TV taping featuring both Raw and SmackDown superstars in Manchester on 8 November 8.
Sesame Street is no stranger to helping children understand and process difficult concepts, and its new episode is no different, addressing addiction.
In a landmark clip, we see The Muppets Karli and Elmo discuss with Chris the problems that Karli’s mother is having, and why she has to go to a special meeting.
Chris explains to Elmo that the new cast mate’s mum is having a hard time and goes to the meeting ‘in order to get better’. Karli says that the meetings help her mother stay ‘healthy’.

‘They talk about grown up problems,’ she explains in the clip. ‘She goes everyday so that she stays healthy. You see, my mom needs help learning to take better care of herself.’
The children’s programme has regularly striven to address difficult or taboo topics and this is no exception. In the tender segment, Karli also reveals that she attends regular meetings of her own, along with other children whose parents also have the same problem as her mother.
Elmo’s latest friend, who is in foster care, was introduced to the show in May, which is National Foster Care Month, is helping to raise and awareness and educate the show’s young viewers.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, producers of the show say that the clip used carefully-chosen language to convey its message, a message the creators say is important for children from all walks of life to engage with.
‘There’s nothing else out there that addresses substance abuse for young, young kids from their perspective,’ Karma Einhorn, a senior content manager at the Sesame Workshop explained.
‘It’s also a chance to model to adults a way to explain what they’re going through to kids and to offer simple strategies to cope. Even a parent at their most vulnerable — at the worst of their struggle — can take one thing away when they watch it with their kids, then that serves the purpose.’
